Beautiful! I have their first 3 Christmas CDs that I listen to at Christmas time. I lost interest in them when Avi left. I really got into Home Free after that.
@@beverlyburch4467 that's a shame. I think Matt brought something different to the group. He doesn't have Avi's very low basso profundo voice but he has a wider range so can also sing very high plus he can rap and also has a lovely vibrato which is unusual in a bass.
When PTX won the Sing Off they won a record contract, all moved to LA to proceed and got dropped from the label. Brilliant, and hard working musicians!!!
The Evolutions are terrific! They do the Evolution of Michael Jackson live on their Popspring 2016 concert along with 3 originals. It was in Japan where their fanbase was already huge. The filming and sound production are both top tier by MTV.
This was Pentatonix's earliest evolution, from 2013. The others are -- Beyoncé (2014), Michael Jackson (2016), Rihanna (2018), Arianna Grande (2019). My music listening background is classical and folk, so I was not familiar with some of these artists, but I was still able to appreciate Pentatonix's arrangements. They have a similar arrangement from 2021, "90's Dance Medley", but since it's multiple artists it's not called an evolution.
As others have stated, they have a full length Bohemian Rhapsody reaction that they waited until they had it perfected before they would do it live/record it. Brian May actually reshared it on his social media with “enjoy” when it came out. They really pay homage to Queen in the video with a starry sky, for astrophysicist May, with 4 comets to represent the 4 members of Queen, while at the same time nodding to their own beginning of doing videos on the sofa in one of their apartments for You Tube. It’s an amazing video. Great reaction & breakdown, as usual. I have no clue how you can pick up all those different notes/keys at once, but I’m glad you can & are so good at explaining them to us. Thanks ❤️
Every time I hear one of these evolutions I'm so amazed at the transitions, the creativity and can't help but wonder how long it takes to decide on the songs. And, can I just say, KEVIN! The changes in rhythm and sounds he makes is impressive. That last section is a little frantic feeling but thanks to his beat, it holds together. Plus, it's all in one take! In some of their behind the scenes videos over the years, the outtakes are hilarious when one of them gets the giggles or whatever and they have to continue to reshoot. My understanding is that they shoot a few versions of an evolution and pick the best one.

Superfruit was certainly not a capella but the clearly had fun with it.

This "little ditty" was a fun one. Their creativity is quite unique. I have come to admire and appreciate PTX more since watching your reactions. 2024 ought to be a blast!
I can’t wait for your reactions to their other evolutions! They are amazing, fun and transitions are so ON POINT! Thank you. Again, I’m really enjoying your PTX reactions!!
Absolutely loving your PTX reactions. I pop over to your channel every day to see if there is a new one. I'm still waiting for Hallelujah lol and I can't wait for you to get to Daft Punk and Bohemian Rhapsody!
I'm going to have to watch this entire video again. I hardly heard a thing you said after "Beach Boys are my favorite band." So underrated! To this day people seem to remember them as just fun lovin' boys with their minds on girls, cars, and surf & sun. I would click so fast if you did some analytical videos of Beach Boys songs! (You could hardly do "reaction" videos, of course.) Their music is so varied, so complex at times, and always so inventive! Sorry, this is a PTX video and not the time or place. I'll go back right now and rewatch the current video. Thank you, though, for telling us about your favorite band! I doubt I was the only one who was surprised.
You have such an amazing ear to pick out all of these details so quickly. Really enjoy your reactions. What amazes me is how young they were when they did this - Happy New Year!
I love all your commentary. Definitely very informative. I know I like their arrangement, but it’s cool to have the explanation as to why it works so well.
Commenting on Kevin singing and beatboxing at the same time, he does a super great job on Ariana Grande's Problem. There is an official video but I prefer the 3 FM live version myself, only because it proves what they can do in the studio they can also perform live , for the most part anyway. Loved the explanation as always. Can't wait to see what's coming in 2024. Happy New Year
Sometimes I catch myself trying to guess which Pentatonix arrangement you are going to react to next. Have to say I really enjoy your reactions. Greetings from South Africa
So glad you did this one! Along with the Michael Jackson evolution, these are my two favorites in this one-take series. I'm sure you'd also enjoy two of their most popular more produced medleys, Daft Punk and 90s Dance Medley. And add "Check out SuperFruit" (Scott and Mitch plus friends) to your list for 2024. My favorites: Rise, Defying Gravity, and Frozen Medley. Again, many thanks for your amazing ear and attention to detail. Happy New Year!
Nearly all of their evolutions are minimally produced. Just them and a few mics. Just balance and reverb. They sing it completely through without stopping. They do a few takes and post the best one. Was not expecting them to go back as far as they did when I first heard it. They know their musical history, especially Kevin a classically trained cellist. They transition better than anyone. Appreciate your insights and analysis. I feel a little smarter after listening to your breakdowns.
The evolution 1-takes are so good; their growth at pulling these off grows exponentially from here. My favs are rihanna and ariana, followed by Superfruit's Gaga. Looking forward to your breakdowns. New sub, thanks! Cheers and HNY!
Glad you picked up on the transition from black and white to color in the 1960's-this was around the time that television made the transition to being in color. You also mentioned the Beach Boys. Another fun thing for you to look up is the Grammy's "Salute to the Beach Boys" on CBS from this past February. Pentatonix performed "Heroes and Villains" as part of this program. There's a short interview with Pentatonix on UA-cam talking about their performance (and the difficulty of the arrangement), and there's an audience member cell phone recording on UA-cam (not great sound quality). The full program may be available in full on one of the other streaming platforms, I'm not sure. Pentatonix has also covered "God Only Knows" and have a video for it.
I thoroughly enjoyed Pentatonix's Evolution series and it's fun to watch your analysis. They are so intelligent in the choices they make. One of the reasons I like them so much.
That was fun!! Thanks for choosing something that was sort of "from the hat". With so much that this group has done thru the years and the variety of pieces they chose to cover...plus their originals...plus Superfruit...the choices are massive. Looking forward to the next one.
Thank you for your analysis. I'd encourage you to start off the new year with their Grammy winning Daft Punk Medley. This was the one that caused the Grammys to change the category from "Best Arrangement Instrumental" to "Best Arrangement Instrumental or A Capella." I know you don't want to leap too far ahead, but it was released only a few months after this one. And, thanks to all your great Xmas analyses, you've already reacted to their second Grammy win, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy (same category). 🙂 In any event, may the new year bring you joy, peace and prosperity.
While I love PTX, I cannot wait for you to (hopefully) jump into Voiceplay next! Keep the awesome reaction and analysis' coming! While the normal reactions are nice, it's wonderful to see someone with a true understanding and appreciation for everything that goes on in the music!
I'm so glad you're checking out the "Evolution of" series by them. When listened to in chronological order, it absolutely showcases their growth and progression as a group. You think it cant get any better, but it does. Incredible. BUT!!! PLEASE please please please dont miss out on their cover of Mad World and Come Along. The chords and dynamics of these two songs are stunning! I think you would especially appreciate them.
Scott, Mitch and Kirstie starting doing these type of pop song mash-ups when they were in high school (age 14-17) together. And Mitch and Scott had a vlog (Super Fruit, 2013-2017) where they did similar 2-part arrangements with Scott on piano.
Always love reactions to their "Evolution of" videos! Another stellar breakdown for us! Really appreciate your thoughts and knowledge! Happy New Year to you! All the best to you in the coming year! 🥳🥂🎉🎊🎆
it *was* live - a one-take. as a former choir/celtic band member, acoustic, i entertain myself thinking of how many takes it took! the rewind effect - they do amazing effects, have done from the start of scratching themselves during the Sing Off.
@@LindaVernon oh, yeah, i remember watching that. i know from experience that it gets to the point where you just have to give up for a while because ONE look will make everyone collapse.
buckle up, you're in for quite a ride...the Evolution of... videos are so impressive and yes, there are recordings of them doing them live and it's astonishing
You're always so thorough in your reactions and explaining what you're thinking, I really like that (even if I get a little lost from time to time lol). Loving your reactions I think the transition from Hey Ya to Crazy was a Snoop Dogg song :P
Thy actually recorded a full length version of Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy on the last album Avi recorded on - 2017s Ptx Vol. 4 Classics also featuring Bohemian Rhapsody, Imagine and Take On Me
All of the "Evolution" videos are recorded in approximately the same way: PTX comes in, performs the entire piece several times (usually 4) all in one take, no edits, and then picks the "best" one to publish. I've seen an interview with some of the recording engineers for a couple of the videos, and they said that virtually any of the takes could have been used, but someone wouldn't be happy with the way they performed in one or the other take, and so they would eliminate that take. Since it's all done in a single take in-camera, any flubs mess up that entire take, no matter where it happens - so I guess they must hope it happens early if it's going to happen at all!
Check out the behind the scenes blooper reel for Gangnam Style. It's a wonder it got recorded at all. I lost track of the number ofctakes even though they label them. 😃
Most medleys and/or "Live" videos, sofa associated or no, are commonly believed to be "one takes" - the final choice being their favorite of 4 or 5 attempts. I can respect your remaining in the earlier part of the catalog for the "rawness". Would love you to select live performances over studio blockbusters from more recent releases, when you choose to hear them.
While I don't know if there's any actual direct connection or if it's just a coincidence, but years after this video, Avi did a cover of "Hey Ya!" in his Avriel & The Sequoias period (while still with PTX) ua-cam.com/video/whBQCkhFwYg/v-deo.html and a few years later, in 2019, he did a cover of "Crazy" with the gospel trio ReSound in a stairwell. ua-cam.com/video/tRTHL16rj80/v-deo.html Those two songs were done back to back in this "Evolution" video. I've always found that interesting
As you watch these videos, watch the evolution of Mitch's look. He and Kirstie are having a contest to see who can come up with more looks. I think Mitch won. In this video, he was in his accountant phase. My personal preference was the mullet stage.
Lol my fav Mitch look is the lavender sweeping long side bang over shaved head. Compliments skin tone & that bone structure. Fav Kirstie look can be seen in live performance inside a children's hospital room(daft punk medley i think?) She has one side over her ear shaved close.
WOW! This was a tough video to break down, but you did a super job. Thank you! I don't know if you knew this, but Kevin is a primo sax player and has perfect pitch. In many songs he imitates an instrument like a trumpet. I wonder if he is drawing on his sax expertise.
I've always thought that they pick up the pace and transitions in the 2000s because in more recent history there's just so much more music available and hits come & go so quickly. Love your reactions and knowledge ❤
I think it's also a case of "it's too early to know which songs stuck around". All the others, all of us have heard. But who knows in 30 years which will have become the ones from the 2000s & 2010s that happened to stick!
The Beach Boys is one of my favorite bands as well, and a summer outdoor concert by them was one of my first concerts in high school. I would love to see a good video of their version of Heroes and Villains from the recent Salute to The Beach Boys, but I have not found one. Their God Only Knows cover is good, though. Always appreciate your reactions and analysis, so thanks. Peace …
What a great analysis of this mash-up! I love all the PTX "Evolution" videos, partly because they showcase everyone's individual talents as well as how seamlessly they merge and blend into each other. Plus, they're so random and fun! My favourite is the "Evolution of Michael Jackson." So... are you on track for some sort of YT speed record??? 😉
@@SirHairless Honestly, you're the fastest growing channel I've seen (in my limited experience). Isn't there some award YT gives for that? Happy New Year, btw...
Love this!!! I am seeing several suggestions for you to react to live versions... I agree with them but would also like to see you do a comparison of at least one live version vs studio version. It would be very interesting to me to see the differences - if any - that your ear can pick out. excited to see you continue this journey. Happy New Year to you!!!
I really enjoyed watching your uplifting and enlightening reaction to this super fun video by Pentatonix; I got myself here dancing with you in many parts💃It was great, thank you!! Since you seem to enjoy medleys/mashups, I'd like to offer a suggestion of a great & super fresh material from Brazil to a possible reaction: the video “2023 EM UMA MÚSICA” by the young multi-instrumentalist talent known as Lucas Vinícius (or “Inutilismo” = “Uselessness”, as he named his first YT channel where he also creates comedy videos). Yesterday (December 31th) he released in that channel the last edition of his acclaimed collection of 5 annual medleys with some of the most popular music hits worldwide - including Brazil - in each year, where he plays all instruments, sings in different languages and does all music arrangements (he usually adds some rock/metal seasoning into all sort of music genres). Among the 30 songs he included in the 2023 medley we have, for example, ‘Now and Then’ by The Beatles and ‘Vampire’ by Olivia Rodrigo, which were both covered by you in past reactions (the different garments/makeup he uses makes reference to the original artists/music videos). If you get curious to check it, I’ll only give the heads up to activate the subtitles in English and to watch it when you want to experience a full-energy vibe of a mini concert given by a ‘slightly insane’ artist (said in a good way) with an overwhelming musical talent✌
Hey hey, thanks for the recommendation and for making me aware of it! I'm not quite sure about reacting to long videos just yet (maybe because I struggle to get enough info into these 3-5minute songs, for which my videos are still over 10mins long!), so for a piece that's 28minutes long...I don't want to think about how long my video would end up being 😅
@@SirHairlessHello Sir, welcome back! I hope you had a great time during the holidays and returned to the channel full of good energy to continue sharing nice music with us (this family is growing fast and 10K is just around the corner!🙌). As for my previous suggestion, I also imagined the long video would be challenging to be included as a possible reaction here because I'm aware of your high and detailed standards to make music reviews (and I'm not sure if you enjoy heavier/metal arrangements)😅However, I couldn't avoid mentioning this trending video to one of my current favorite channels of reactions, since several other channels of musicians/singers/etc are covering Lucas' medleys since 2019, when he decided to start this adventure alone towards the unknown. Besides, I think Lucas can be a good example of successful motivation to still unknown musicians out there - from any musical style - who are looking for some space to share their work online (he managed to find his own way through this alternative and uncertain pathway with the 2023 medley closing the initial cycle quite well to now focus efforts on his own music). In my opinion what stands out mostly in those medleys is his ability to apply his style and personality to some songs I would hardly enjoy in their original versions (especially the brazilian hits I particularly dislike Lol), creating an unexpected enjoyable experience when I listen to them after his musical ‘makeover’ (maybe that’s because I also like rock/heavy metal🤔). Anyway, feel free to choose what you consider best to your approach on the channel because I really like your choices and results so far👌✌
Thanks so much for this reaction. I'm loving your informative Pentatonix reactions. With the Evolution videos, it was good to start with this one but I think you're going to be blown away with their others. They always recorded these ones straight though and then chose the best take. My favourite ones are the Beyonce and Ariana Grande Evolutions but the Rihanna one is good too. I'm looking forward to seeing your reactions to more of their modern ones with Matt in (he replaced Avi in 2017 so has now been in PTX as long as Avi was and is just as good, just different). Also he needed to learn all their older numbers to sing on tour, which must have been tricky as they were written for Avi who was a Basso Profundo. Apart from AHA live in Singapore, I really want to hear your reactions to The Prayer, which is stunning, Bohemian Rhapsody (which they waited six years to do so they could do it justice) and which Brian May thinks is one of the best ever covers. Wait till you hear the 'Grassi guitar'! I hope you will react to some of their original songs which are phenomenal, but much under-rated because they are known for their covers. I would also recommend you watching their 'Making of Evergreen' which is a fascinating peek into their process and how they work with their arranger Ben Bram, who they often call the '6th member of Pentatonix'. Happy New Year! Looking forward to many more PTX reactions.
Sir Hairless would you please react to Stan Walker from New Zealand either his song I Am, also amazing grace, that would be totally awesome and thanks in advance.
Everyone always admires their transitions in these evolution videos, but I appreciated you breaking down exactly why some of them were so cool. The way they do the evolutions and other “couch covers” (from the early years where they did UA-cam video covers sitting on one of their sofas), is they perform the whole thing four or five times and just pick their favorite version. So you’re quite right, there’s no editing or correcting happening. Great reaction! When you do Evolution of Michael Jackson, I suggest that you watch the live Popspring 2016 concert video instead of the official couch version. It includes three early Pentatonix original songs plus the Evolution of MJ. It makes for a long video, but the sound and video is great for a concert since it was recorded by MTV. I think you’ll enjoy all four songs, and it’s an even better performance of MJ in my opinion.
It was really enjoyable to watch you getting into this. I can't believe you knew every song! The new year is very promising when I think of all the amazing reactions you're going to do. Looking forward to it! Happy New Year! Thank you for what you do.
You should know that they have a full version of Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy and Bohemian Rhapsody... Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy is just the audio but it's a great listen and Bohemian Rhapsody has an official video and they sing it live regularly, it amazing and you need to react to it but later on the rabbit hole. I can’t wait for your reactions to their other evolutions! They are amazing, fun and transitions are so ON POINT!
Thank you. Again, I’m really enjoying your PTX reactions!!
Cheers!
Absolutely loving your PTX reactions. I pop over to your channel every day to see if there is a new one. I'm still waiting for Hallelujah lol and I can't wait for you to get to Daft Punk and Bohemian Rhapsody!
Thank you! 🙌
YES, I'm surprised he hasn't done the Trifecta yet :D
Pentaholic here, Love the way you pick up everything on the first time through! 😁😁😎
I'm sure I missed quite a lot but these are the things that stood out most to me on the first listen!
More more more (not to be demanding or anything...ahem 😊)!! Absolutely LOVE your reactions, insights and breakdowns.
Thank you 😁 Haha more will come!
You have such an amazing ear to pick out all of these details so quickly. Really enjoy your reactions. What amazes me is how young they were when they did this - Happy New Year!
Thanks and Happy New Year!
I love all your commentary. Definitely very informative. I know I like their arrangement, but it’s cool to have the explanation as to why it works so well.
Appreciate you 🙏
So much fun to be had!
Really enjoyed hearing your comments on this. Thanks!
🙏
Commenting on Kevin singing and beatboxing at the same time, he does a super great job on Ariana Grande's Problem. There is an official video but I prefer the 3 FM live version myself, only because it proves what they can do in the studio they can also perform live , for the most part anyway. Loved the explanation as always. Can't wait to see what's coming in 2024. Happy New Year
Thanks April - Happy New Year!
Thanks for another well done reaction!
Thanks!
Hold onto you hat Sir Hairless. These evolutions are fun and just get better and better. One take… every time… baffles me!
I'm excited!
Sometimes I catch myself trying to guess which Pentatonix arrangement you are going to react to next. Have to say I really enjoy your reactions. Greetings from South Africa
Thanks so much! I think an element of surprise is good right 👀
So glad you did this one!
PS: I love the Beach Boys, too, except I was there! For their peak years, I was in the perfect demographic--preteen to early teens.
@@karylmonaco8174 Very jealous! I imagine it was a great time!
Cheers!
The evolutions are so fun. As beautiful as their huge christmas catalogue is, I'm looking forward to you getting into other PTX in the new year. 😊
They recorded a full trach of Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, but sadly there's no video. I highly recommend it though.
Another great reaction! I suggest strongly for you to react to PTX’ official “Bohemian Rhapsody” video. You won’t be disappointed. 😊
The Evolution of Michael Jackson is fantastic. I suggest you try Popspring 2016 it's all live and amazing
Thanks for letting me know! I love Heroes and Villains - when I was younger I did a little piano arrangement of it 🎶And God Only Knows...what a song
I thoroughly enjoyed Pentatonix's Evolution series and it's fun to watch your analysis. They are so intelligent in the choices they make. One of the reasons I like them so much.
You should react to a live performance from Pentatonix.
This is live!
Thanks so much for your reactions -- they are always awesome!!
Appreciate you!
That was fun!! Thanks for choosing something that was sort of "from the hat". With so much that this group has done thru the years and the variety of pieces they chose to cover...plus their originals...plus Superfruit...the choices are massive. Looking forward to the next one.
I know, so much choice! We'll get there in the end 😅 Thanks for watching, as always!
In any event, may the new year bring you joy, peace and prosperity.
Thank you! We'll definitely get round to Daft Punk, just not sure exactly when just yet!
And you too for the new year 🙏
While I love PTX, I cannot wait for you to (hopefully) jump into Voiceplay next!
Thanks for the recommendations!
Scott, Mitch and Kirstie starting doing these type of pop song mash-ups when they were in high school (age 14-17) together. And Mitch and Scott had a vlog (Super Fruit, 2013-2017) where they did similar 2-part arrangements with Scott on piano.
Bohemian Rhapsody should be your next Pentatonix reaction! It is absolutely amazing!
Always love reactions to their "Evolution of" videos! Another stellar breakdown for us! Really appreciate your thoughts and knowledge! Happy New Year to you! All the best to you in the coming year! 🥳🥂🎉🎊🎆
Happy New Year!
it *was* live - a one-take. as a former choir/celtic band member, acoustic, i entertain myself thinking of how many takes it took!
the rewind effect - they do amazing effects, have done from the start of scratching themselves during the Sing Off.
Their blooper reel/behind the scenes for Gangnam Style is hilarious. At least 14 takes, maybe more. 😃
@@LindaVernon oh, yeah, i remember watching that. i know from experience that it gets to the point where you just have to give up for a while because ONE look will make everyone collapse.
@@elizabethhostetter1946 That certainly looked like what was happening. 😄😁😆
4:23 There is a full cover of boogie woodies bugle boy ☺️☺️
I'm so glad you're onto this one! I knew you would like the beginning! 🫶🫶
Amazing content as always!!!!!!! Thank you
Thank you for another great reaction and analysis ❤ I really enjoy watching 🥰 Happy New Year 🎉
Thanks! Happy New Year 🙌
buckle up, you're in for quite a ride...the Evolution of... videos are so impressive and yes, there are recordings of them doing them live and it's astonishing
Thank you for another great reaction and analysis 😄 one of my favorite songs by Pentatonix 🤩Happy New Year
You're always so thorough in your reactions and explaining what you're thinking, I really like that (even if I get a little lost from time to time lol). Loving your reactions
I think the transition from Hey Ya to Crazy was a Snoop Dogg song :P
When PTX does an Evolution of, they record it 3 or 4 times in a row straight through each time then pick the best one. So they're all one take.
Always enlightening!
Best analysis always! Thx
Thy actually recorded a full length version of Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy on the last album Avi recorded on - 2017s Ptx Vol. 4 Classics also featuring Bohemian Rhapsody, Imagine and Take On Me
Beach Boys, showing my age here. I saw them live in the Knebworth concert (England) in 1980.
Thanks! Hopefully - eventually - I'll get round to every performance
Love watching your reactions! Great one!
Hope you will be doing their other Evolutions/Medleys.
I plan on it!
Disregard my message. Whoever posted what I was referring to pulled it.
Always enjoy your reactions ☺️🫶☺️
I love their evolutions and couch videos
The very first PTX video
I've always thought that they pick up the pace and transitions in the 2000s because in more recent history there's just so much more music available and hits come & go so quickly. Love your reactions and knowledge ❤
I think it's also a case of "it's too early to know which songs stuck around". All the others, all of us have heard. But who knows in 30 years which will have become the ones from the 2000s & 2010s that happened to stick!
Yeah makes sense! Thank you 😀
very good point!@@hernameispekka_Rebecca
A great introduction into the evolution series. Some are great, some less so, mostly depending on your interest in the featured artist.
Thanks for sharing your insight and knowledge. I just love your reactions. Jane
You always put a smile on my face. 🙂 Thank you. ❤
☺
The Beach Boys is one of my favorite bands as well, and a summer outdoor concert by them was one of my first concerts in high school. I would love to see a good video of their version of Heroes and Villains from the recent Salute to The Beach Boys, but I have not found one. Their God Only Knows cover is good, though. Always appreciate your reactions and analysis, so thanks. Peace …
Wow, I'm jealous! I've not had the opportunity to see them live.
Thanks, as always!
These are filmed live and timed for just about 4 minutes. 😊
Thanks!
I have never used Thanks before so I did it twice. Well worth supporting you.
Thank you so much, Jane! This really means a lot - I really do appreciate your support 🙌
If you love The Beach Boys you’ll love their cover of God Only Knows!
Ptx sang at the Grammy celebrates the beach boys and they did God only knows on a christmas album I think.
Love your reactions & knowledge as well as your explanations..many thanks
What a great analysis of this mash-up! I love all the PTX "Evolution" videos, partly because they showcase everyone's individual talents as well as how seamlessly they merge and blend into each other. Plus, they're so random and fun! My favourite is the "Evolution of Michael Jackson." So... are you on track for some sort of YT speed record??? 😉
Haha we'll get there in the end 😅 Thanks, as always!
@@SirHairless Honestly, you're the fastest growing channel I've seen (in my limited experience). Isn't there some award YT gives for that? Happy New Year, btw...
Thanks! I appreciate the time you put into these reactions.
Wow! Thank you so much Mary! Really appreciate your support ☺🙏
❤ I enjoyed this reaction. There is still so much excellent music to hear from Pentatonix. I am glad you are going to do more. Happy New Year
Thanks! Happy New Year
Thank you💖 and Happy New Year! I appreciate you😊
Happy New Year to you too 💫
You should check out their cover of God Only Knows…it’s really good ☺️
You are brilliant!! A musical genius! I love your reactions. look forward to more! thank you.
Haha not sure I would say that 😅But thank you, appreciate the support!
This was fun. Had not heard it before. Nice the way you point out nuances that I would certainly miss. Happy New Year!
Thank you! Happy New Year 😀
I really enjoyed watching your uplifting and enlightening reaction to this super fun video by Pentatonix; I got myself here dancing with you in many parts💃It was great, thank you!!
There is a full version of boogie woogie bugle boy on their PTX VOL IV classics
Thank you! I'll get round to all of these eventually 😅 Very much looking forward to it. Happy New Year!
Cheers, and for the recommendations!
Check out Manhattan Transfer. Similar style for this song
It was really enjoyable to watch you getting into this. I can't believe you knew every song! The new year is very promising when I think of all the amazing reactions you're going to do. Looking forward to it! Happy New Year! Thank you for what you do.
They picked good songs! Thank you, as always, for the support - Happy New Year!
Happy New Year 🎉🎉
Happy New Year!
I think after this you need to react to Daft Punk and Problem. Great reaction and I absolutely love your breakdowns even though I know nothing about chords or keys. Happy New Year!!
Thanks, I can't wait to explore them! Happy New Year!
Had they included Chuck Berry in the 50s we could see his influence on Rock and Roll from Chuck > Beach Boys > Beatles.
You could try Popspring 2016 live performance... ua-cam.com/video/7GMHqYxpnzk/v-deo.html , and Cheerleader... ua-cam.com/video/P95_pCbCPZw/v-deo.html Enjoy!
Thanks for these recommendations!!
They do a full version of the bugle boy song
