I injured myself skydiving and have been dealing with pretty bad pain. My spouse sent me this, claiming it was the very best video for pelvic floor pain. He was right. First relief in MONTHS. I’ve been doing it twice a day and it’s an instant difference. Not to sound dramatic, but I teared up with joy at how much better I felt. Thank you so so much.
For a few years now I've been struggling with overactive bladder, and I just figured out that it's probably because my pelvic floor is always so tight. I have done this three times since yesterday (and I've never really done yoga before). It's helped so much. I almost cried the first time I did it just from sheer relief.
I loved this routine. I’ve done yoga in the past but after fighting Lyme disease for the past 7 years, I have to start with the basics. I also have PBS (pain bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis). This is the perfect pelvic floor routine I need to get started. My hip flexors are very tight due to all the sitting, resting and pain I’ve endured over the years. Thank you for making this available so that I can work at my own pace in the comfort of my home. My immunity is not well, so it’s best I not be in a gym/studio situation yet. Thanks again!! Namaste. 🙏🏼❤️
I liked these poses/stretches. I have arthritis in the sacro-iliac and need to build muscle there. I often get completely locked and in pain. 20 mins on this one area is ideal. Thank you.
Thank you Christina! I am battling high-tone pelvic floor dysfunction and your 20-minute class is quick, easy and effective! I feel stretched and revitalized and ready to begin my day!
Thank you Christina. Diagnosed with some pelvic pain issues. I have super tight inner thighs and calves along with some plantars fasciitis presenting itself. This is a huge help and will be my daily going forward.
Thank you so much for this video! I am a larger woman (about 270lbs and 5'3) I've had issues with my pelvic floor for since I gave birth to my son. I tried this video yesterday because I haven't been able to go to my chiropractor because of the covid19 quarantine so I went to UA-cam to find some help. LAST NIGHT WAS MY FIRST NIGHT WITHOUT PELVIC PAIN. Thank you!!!!!
omg this was amazing. I have a tight pelvic floor and so much anxiety. I’m going to do this every day to see if my discomfort dissipates. Thank you so much!
I have tried quite a few different Pelvic Floor Release Yoga sequences with different instructors. While they all have their benefits, I like yours the best. Thank you for this!!! I use your sequence daily! It has helped me so much!
Hi Christina, I just started a beginning adult ballet class and realized my pelvic muscles were so tight when we did floor stretches. I was soooo aware how much less flexible I was than the other ladies in the class, especially when sitting upright and bending from the hips forward over straightened legs. I couldn't bend forwards to an even partially flat bend over my legs! I just did your pelvic release stretches and already feel warmer and more flexible. My main issue is that I have difficulty hinging from my hips. Any further tips?
Hi Christina! I've recently been diagnosed with endometriosis and been advised that my pelvic floor may be overactive due to the reacurring pain over the years- I am going to try doing this routine frequently to see if it helps. Day one and I feel so relaxed! Thanks already!! x
I did your muscle recovery one first and then followed up with this. It was Great... loved both of them. My favorite position was at the end with the bolster.I felt a really good stretch there. Again thank you so much for providing these videos. Namaste
I just started this as I am trying whatever I can to avoid UTI's! I saw that stretching your pelvic floor helps. I notice that when I do the stretch with feet together and knees out, that my legs shake!
Thank you so much, this was exactly what I was looking for. It felt great! Loved the slow pace and amount of talking. I feel so relaxed now after a being stiff from sitting behind the pc all day.
Hi thank y it was my first time to do this yoga class. I loves the place where y stretched one leg at time and bed the other knee between the arms loved it 🙏
I would suggest using a pillow (or several) to support the whole back. If the only thing that is supported is your head, then the pelvic floor won't get that same release.
Hi Christina loved the video I've have pelvic floor tension for 3 years now i am getting better with stretching and meditation whats the best stretch for urgency no 1 and 2 the pain a lot better but still need to wee alot day and night
Hi Glyn! I was just looking through my comments and realized I never actually replied to you, I'm sorry!! I'm happy to hear that you loved the video!! In terms of your question, I am unsure of which poses would be "the best." Have you tried consulting a physician about this?
Hi, Barbara!! Some people experience tightness in the pelvic muscles from injury or uterine disorders such as endometriosis. Many people also often work towards strengthening the pelvic floor, but neglect to stretch and release those muscles afterward, so a routine of this nature can help with that.
Hi, there! Actually, this one is meant to release the muscles in that area if they’re tight, so if you’re looking to strengthen them, this isn’t the right routine for that. I have a pelvic floor strengthening routine coming up on the channel in December, actually, so definitely stay tuned for that 😊
its difficult to see what you are doing because of the subtitles can you either have your body higher in the video frame or the subtitles at the top of the frame? I gave up, also you need to explain what your releasing I'm seeing hamstring stretches

This sequence was very nice and relaxing! It helped me to wind down as I've been traveling lately. Great hotel room unwind. Thank you!
I really enjoyed this stretching yoga! I like that there’s no background music to distract me from my breaths! More videos pls!
Omg. Thank you. I left work early due to pelvic pain. Came home
And found this video. It helped and will be doing this everyday until it’s fully gone.
Very helpful. Can tell a difference even on 2nd day. Thx
Thank you so much! This is certainly helping me with my tight pelvic area
Thank you for teaching me the half happy baby. I'm recovering from my hypertonic pelvic floor 🙏. One stretch at a time.

I like how much time you give to deepen into each pose.
Thank you! Did this after an exercise. I really enjoyed the final laying pose used blocks under my knees. Happy New Year!

Loved this! Working on a tight pelvic floor. Hope you have more offerings for a tight pelvic floor. Thank you so much.
I do, actually! Here’s another one that I shared more recently: ua-cam.com/video/-9k_w0O3Ync/v-deo.html 💕
Enjoyed holding positions. Really helps relax my chronicle tight pelvic floor. More please!

Can tight pelvic floor cause chronic constipation and digestive problems other than urinatory problems
Thank you so much for this!
Is safe for men? And is this for reverse kegel or regular kegel? I dont get UTi after doing this
It was great to have so much time in each pose. I have only 1 block which I put under my head. Would that work for the groin stretch? Thank you!
I would suggest using a pillow (or several) to support the whole back. If the only thing that is supported is your head, then the pelvic floor won't get that same release.

Hello Christina, this kind of routine is new for me. Other than during our period, when the pelvic muscles tend to be tight?
