I have done the whole Late 30s stupid pain thing. I really dislike my body betraying me around this age (I'm 36). I do Ring Fit Adventure and Fitness Boxing 2 on my switch and that has been working out good for me. I'm glad my monster's birthday is in the summer so there isn't a lot of birthday celebration things, we normally just do things as a family. I need to work out today, getting back into with with Monday, Wednesday, Friday and everyone's home so....gonna hide and get it done later. Hope you have a good week!
I used to skip cool down sessions and stretching but I find it SUPER helpful now and leads to less injuries for me. Best of luck on the workouts! 🏋️♀️

I typically do them at the end when my muscles are warm.

Oh, you're a better person than me. I might have changed the time, but not the day of the birthday party after all of that work. 😅
There was a time conflict as well with the place hosting the party too. It was a lot! LOL
