Omg why did you sum up all of my thoughts of Funny Story so well. I totally agree that she writes banter and the friends to romance so well. I finished it yesterday and I feel like I’m in a post book depression because it was so good. I’ve been thinking the same about the rating that I couldn’t give it 5 stars cause Happy Place is still my favourite, but I think it’s been bumped to my second place over beach read. Emily Henry got me back into reading so she’ll always have a special place in my heart.

I have read 2 out 3 of these books. Loved them both. Just for the Summer was my first Abby Jimenez book and loved it so much I also gave it a 5⭐️ Funny Story is going to be my first Emily Henry book and I can’t wait to read it. I only just got back into reading late last year so I have a lot to catch up on ❤️
