  • The format will be trisets, using bodyweight and dumbbells as resistance to make the quads, hamstrings, glutes & calves work hard!
    The timer will be 30 seconds each exercise within the triset, with 30 seconds rest inbetween!
    For this lower body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a yoga block and your mat for cool down!
    The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each.

      Hi, Matthew... Agree, this whole workout was superb! Calves are so important for running and hiking and I think we will all benefited from this workout in spring and summer when we all do more of outdoor activities. I challenged myself with 15 kg and I felt every muscle in my lower body. The finisher was doable but a great burner for the calves - the hold at the en surprised me! Forward lean rear lune complex was tough, wasn't it? I really felt it in my glutes.
      This week looks amazing, I am really looking forward to the glutes and cardio on sunday!

    I really enjoy a good leg day because I usually go really slow and hence can really focus on each exercise!
    I've noticed Caroline is making us utilise that yoga block that little bit more in this program and I'm very happy to see that! Quads are something I've never given very much attention to when I got myself into working out, and so it's very much appreciated
    Let's give our 100%, girvanators!!

    This was super hard and challenging. Had to take a lot of breaks.

    This was so rough! I wanted to quit, cry, throw up... but I completed it! This was the hardest leg workout so far with epic endgame but I know my legs are going to be looking EPIC soon! Thanks Caroline!

    Damnn. It's a leg day. Gonna be the toughest & the brutal one I know. Her leg days are really hard but hella challenging & enjoyable. Thank you Caroline for bringing more & more challenges everytime. Those 100 reps everyday are so fun, that I feel like "Am I this strong?" Seriously Epic Endgame is increasing my confidence every day.

    Caroline hands down you are the best of the best! Every program you create is better than the previous, I wonder how can that be, perfectly thought, very effective and so inspiring. It’s been over a year since I started working out with you and I am never going back to anything else! I bought heavier weights, I am fully equipped and I can feel the difference in my body.     Loved it as always with Carolines lower body sessions. The curtsey lunge round was so tough even though 2 moves were bodyweight. My joint first favourite 100 rep finisher so far, along with the hamstring lifts. The burn focused in the calves was unreal 🔥🔥 Thank you ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

    That was KILLER!🔥🥵🔥 My legs died over and over again!😆 It got hard to even step back into my rest stance after the sets😂. I loved it!!🤩 I really tried to focus on proper form throughout. Loved the holds!! The burn was very real!! My favorite trisets were the high squat, rear step fwd lean lunge🔥, goblet squat and elevated curtsey lunge trifectas. The staple was tough yet enjoyable! I loved the finisher and how you snuck that hold in at the end😉. My husband did the whole finisher with dumbbells!👊🏻 Legs dead but workout officially smashed! Thanks so much Caroline. My legs were already sore from yesterday. Haha. I'm definitely going to be even more sore tomorrow!! See you and everyone tomorrow 😊.

    First two weeks were fantastic!! Looking forward to start with the week 3 today!! It's a leg day involving calf raises!! I am sure this is going to be a killer session!!     I have never been so fired up to workout like I am with Caroline! I look forward to it every day - and even look ahead to see what I get to do the next day!
    Not seeing tons of results yet, but am a mother of 8, so I’m giving myself some grace! 😅 I AM going to finish this plan! And im sure I’m going to be thrilled with the results!😊

    I found out your channel approximately one month ago and I decided to follow along this EPIC endgame program. There are times when I just feel like I wanna give up halfway and save the rest of the workout for the next day(s) including this one. This was a tough one especially when I was doing this in low energy and mood but I told myself to push forward and I did it! I'm glad to have come across your channel, Caroline. We all are definitely epic for this consistency and determination 🔥🌟💓👍👏👏👏thank you Caroline for yet another lower body crusher workout 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 poor calves, but done all 100 reps and stretch felt so so good in the end.     Oh wow, my Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes and Calves have worked really hard today! I made this my own, me versus me. I used 2x15kg Dumbbells for most of the tri-sets apart from the Goblet squats where I used 18kg Dumbbell, 2x9kg Dumbbells for the Curtsey Lunges and Curtsey lunges to Squat. For the Staple, I used 2x12.5kg Dumbbells for the first two exercises apart from the Squat Rock, body weight only. For the finisher, I used 2x15kg for the first 50 and 2x12.5 for the rest 50 reps. Getting stronger everyday.💪🏋️‍♀️

    Never skip a Monday and what better than starting the week with a leg day 🦵🏼
    I felt it so hard today especially during curtsy lunges triset, maybe because I used higher weights today. Went to fill my water bottle before the finisher and my legs were wobbling like crazy 😆
    Also, I underestimated calves raises finisher today but they humbled me quick 😅
    Again, thanks Caroline for making us stronger every day 🧡

      Hey Matthew, yeah I too loved the trisets but for me it was hard, initially I thought using 2x5kgs would be easy for me but with those half reps/holds, they were hard... I was happy that we did not get difficult finisher this time🤞😉 a great sense of accomplishment definitely after🤟💪

    End Game has taken my leg definition to another level.. that 20 minute leg add on really is the cherry on top. My cellulite is already reducing and my bum getting more rounded. Love this Epic series and I've done them all. Your legs look like they are getting more muscle growth too Caroline. Not like you aren't everyone's goals already but dang!

    Leg day Workout and it's triceps and body weight. Great format and is challenging. Went with 2x15kg Dumbbells and oh yes felt those 30 kgs. That staple did burn and upped my heart rate. 💖

    The calves are definitely going to burn 🔥 with the finisher!!💯 Not to mention squat rocks, which I find a challenge! We haven't done trisets for a while so this is going to be a fun and challenging workout to start week 3👍✅. Caroline is definitely setting high standards in this series. I was happy to do trisets and to see the bodyweight exercises ... but that wasn't easier! 😆 Loved those 100 calf raises! 👌🏻🔥 Did the recommended add-on (this one is lethal! 🔥) and a 15 min leg stretch straight afterwards.

You did amazing! 👊🏻🤩 I used 12,5 kg today ... that weight was just fine for me. 🥵😆 I like to switch between 12,5s and 15s ... depending on my energy levels. Sometimes I prefer to do more reps using lighter wheights. The crucial thing is that you use a weight that challenges you. I know that you always get the most out of each workout! 🤩 Week 3! Here we go! 😁🎉🎉🎉
