That’s pretty scary. How would a person being stopped know that the police officer is a fake? It’s a relief that the victim threatened to call the police on him.
When you're getting pulled over you can call 911 to confirm an actual officer is pulling you over.
@@frigid4realfunny you mentioned that. There was a lady who called 911 and reported that she was being chased by a car. She forgot to mention it was a police officer chasing her because she was speeding. The interaction was hilarious because she was convinced she didn't do anything wrong and the dispatcher was begging her to please stop for the police.
@@frigid4real Well, the better thing to do would be to call the local police precinct because you might be on the phone with 911 for a long time until they verify it's actually a police officer chasing you and by that time the cop following you is PISSSSED
I would question that for sure if they said their names were "Officers Kipke and Skibicki" ! ROTFLMAO!
Can't you tell by the uniforms? I mean I don't understand how in most cases people thought these dudes were real cops, their uniform (or lack thereof) clearly shows they are not real cops.
Impersonating an officer of the law is creepy scary af!
I don’t get it if it’s that important to them, put the work in a become a cop. I suppose with a record that might not be too easy.
Why would anyone even want to impersonate an officer? You can go to cop school for six months and you’ll be an officer and people with multiple felonies typically loathe cops so combining the two means you have serious mental disorders🤔
@@nickintherealworld225he said he was 16 when he started impersonating a cop. Surely if anyone is that desperate to be a cop, he should have gone and done it properly. It must be because of qualified immunity and knowing that as a cop you can break the law all the time and investigate yourselves and find yourself not guilty. Sure it's a licence to kill and do what you want.
@@Noneyabusinessok13 felonies, he is a problem with weapons
@@shachede6828 seems that way also, but am sure at 16 he would have been ok using a weapon at a firing range etc. he would I am presuming not had a record back then.
The female officer in the first case was perfect. She put him in cuffs the moment she realized he had been arrested before for impersonating an officer.
But did she use her cuffs or the ones the impersonator brought with him? 😂
He wasn’t cuffed for that, he’s was cuffed because when she ran him she found the felonies and he was in possession of a firearm. That’s the basis for the arrest.
try and handshake a cop, get handcuffed instead.
She took control and took care of business. Great job
She's also 🔥
In Jail:
- Who arrested you?
- Kipke and Skibicki
- I feel you man, I was arrested by Tom and Jerry
Lmaoooo 😂😂😂 when I heard those two names i laugh so hard
That first fake cop's kitted out vehicle, complete with cage was extremely alarming‼️ He could or has used all of his fake cop gear to kidnap absolutely anybody and by the time any victim would realise he wasn't taking them to a police department, well the damage was done‼️ Here in England there was a real cop, off duty during the pandemic who'd falsely arrested a female, walking home at night. He r@ped and murdered her‼️ He'd made up some bs charge to do with covid, he wore only his duty belt and had hired an unmarked car, specifically for the crime and trawled around the streets of outer London looking for a victim. Luckily he was caught due to an outside camera on a bus which caught him putting Sarah Everard in handcuffs, and following a police appeal to other drivers for further dashcam footage they saw exactly where Sarah's walk home stopped and why that was‼️ Any misuse of power by people we are told to trust is an absolute danger‼️ There are no good intentions behind anyone that either poses as a cop, or a really sick real one who uses their badge etc to apprehend someone by making up some reason to arrest someone, only for them to realise they've been kidnapped by a psychopath and there's nothing they can do about it, as they sit in the back seat, cuffed behind and terrified as they realise their fate‼️😬
100% EXACT thought. Unfortunately he's probably already done it and didnt leave any witnesses... he's probably responsible for at least one of their missing women's cases or unsolved murders.
l was stopped from going to lay flowers for Sarah..RIP
Tupac Shakur said it right .."Trust no one!"
Relax
Worst part there in a cage cuffed by the time there figure it out
Fake cops terrify me. We had one stalking around here the same time i got my driver's license. He was waiting on a very dark road that's pretty desolate at night but people around here walk alot of places, and he was picking them up offering rides into town and would take them to the park and r them. He was never found but my family bought me mase and a knife and told me don't be afraid to use them. My mom also told me to call 911 and ask if a cop was following my make and model of car with my tag number before stopping. These are all things my daughter is going to be taught when she starts driving.
Imagine getting arrested because you decided you wanted to play cops and robbers lol
Such red flags
By people also playing cops and robbers 🥴🙃
Id rather be arrested as fake cop in this game, less chances to get killed by real cops
They trained at Jeremy DeWitte metro state fake police department lol
😆 🤣 😂
I think that's very disrespectful of Officer Jeremy DeWitte the Special Funeral Air Service Ranger Commando Police Seals are all that stands between us and Funeral Chaos! Have some goddammmm respect for his Service.
"It would be great if you could use my own handcuffs" 😂
“To be honest”, translates to “ get ready for the biggest bunch
of BS you’ve ever heard “…..
Dead giveaway.
Jeez 20 years in jail ? That's an expensive fantasy.
Luco is the best impersonator so far that I know of. And his sentence is as heft as it should be! He can play house in prison pretending to be a cop.
this guy even failed at impersonating a security guard hahah
As a matter of safety, I wish these decommissioned police vehicles weren’t allowed to be sold with the cages in them.
Most aren’t. However cages can be easily purchased on the internet. Some Police Car enthusiasts buy them to retrofit their ex-police cars, with zero intention of impersonating.
@@ColdWarShot nice disclaimer ;)
You can buy cages and put them in any car.
pretty scary what he could be using it fore
It doesn’t seem like it would be legal to sell it with a cage in it. Nor that it’s something police force’s would actually do. I’m sure that people like that first creep get access to them.
Dude asked if he could help and busted himself…. Cmon Man
Funny story - I bought a used police crown vic back in the day. $800 at auction. The POLICE lettering was ripped off but you could still see the glue residue in the shape, except the C was enclosed like an O , and the E was basically just a block. Drove it for 2 years no problems. One day I was stopped, was I impersonating police? Granted I was just wearing shorts and a T-shirt looked nothing like a cop other than the car. I said there isn't any law against having the word POLIO on the side of the car is there? The officer said POLIO?!?!, looked at it again, laughed it off and let me go, but recommended I paint over it somehow so I wouldn't be bothered anymore. Which I did. Don't mean to impersonate anyone but I'll take a cheap crown vic anyday and they are fun conversation topics.
😂
I brought a 95 caprice 9c1 and it still had the lights..the wires were cut but still had the lights
@@blank4425 Cool! I think the 95's still have the trusty 350 engine right?
13 felonies, guns, knifes, shotgun shells, taser and a fucking Punisher patch on a vest. Dude wants to be a video game character so badly. Thinks being a cop is like playing CoD.
Jeremy and Lugo are going to argue who the boss is ;)
Lugo gonna offer to install popo lights on Jeremy's motorcycle
New subscriber love how you edit your videos with great details I also love if you have the information you describe what happens after the arrest. Keep up the good work. also this case is super scary!! This probably goes on more than we know!!

Former... not Ex, unless you got fired.
@DirtyCriminalhe means by saying ex it implies he was fired where saying former means he decided it.
Kipke and Skibicki, cant be real.
Check his basement! 😮 Somebody is probably tied up there.
Lugo gives off serial killer vibes
They need to go to Lugo crib, he definitely got a few ppl locked up in the basement
You need to deep dive on Jeremy Dewitte.
Most hilarious police impersonation ever. He carries pepper ball guns for funeral escorts 🤣 He obviously was doing "high risk" escorts... Funniest stuff ever 😂
Oh, he carried handcuffs, i think a baton, a fake radio, and a cop uniform. He was on Dr. Phil, it was the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen 🤦🏼♀️
I think he gets out next year or something
@@Razor-gx2dqhe won’t be out for long. He can’t help himself
The first guy worked for Dewitte he mentions "Metro S" aka metro state wasn't for me when talking about being "clean"
@@johnmcafeedidntkillhimself he mentioned "metro west," (not Metro S or Metro-State). Metro-West is Miami-Dade Metro West detention facility. He was claiming to "be clean" since serving his prior sentence at that facility.

Good grief, I'd check the first guy's search history on all his gadgets, just in case. He's either a serial killer in the making or/and a serial r*pist&abducter
Cop impersonator needs to have his car ultraviolet checked I wouldn't be surprised if hes a murderer
Never once thought of that but makes so much sense
Dude gets busted for trying to be a cop
Also: Dude tries to convince the vatos in prison that he isn't really a cop so they don't shank him
underrated comment my dude. just about spat my coffee out.
On the streets: “I’m a cop, better listen to me.”
Prison: “I ain’t no cop, better listen to me.”
What are you in here for?
…impersonating a cop…
Well he just added like 3-5 more felonies ontop of his 13 felonies
The law about blue lights in Florida you're reading it wrong. It's saying that you cannot activate them. Doesn't say that ownership of them is illegal. It says display and use. You can absolutely display them and use them on private property. You can't do it on public property. You can't do it out on the road.
Was there ever a case where police impersonators ran into actual criminals or just someone who for whatever reason felt like resisting and they got injured or do they have a certain awareness which areas are dangerous and where they can go around harassing people with minimum risk for them ?
One of the most pathetic and sad impersonators on the internet was some actual kid (maybe 16 or 17) that had just a regular car that he had ONE amazon red and blue light thing plugged in, and he had someone pulled over and was out talking to them. Regular polo shirt, blue jeans, just normal looking kid...except for the very fake badge on his regular leather pants belt. How do we know this? Because while out with his "subject" in the middle of this "traffic stop", a local police officer happened to pass by and see what was happening and stopped to check it out. Walked up behind the kid and just calmly and politely escorted him away from the citizen and ended up arresting him when he was finally done getting evidence and asking questions.
But specifically a fake getting beat up or hurt by someone else while faking? Depends on where exactly you draw the line between security and bail bondsmen wearing gear to do their job safely and properly equipped, and where "absolutely NO reason to have that unless youre a cop" begins. Plenty of bail bondsmen / bounty hunters getting messed up from folks and those guys do tend to get pretty close to looking like US Marshals or SWAT guys, especially with how they choose to name their company (either for it to sound like it could be official, or for the acronym of it to seem official), and same for security who can often look real close to local PD or SO (again, especially depending on how the company name or acronym is).
As far as folks 100% faking it, no affiliation with bondmen/hunters or security, just actual randos with amazon badges and stuff? Idk, probably. But also I would imagine that when the fake cops get beat up, they just run away. After all, calling 911 just means you also have to rat on yourself and get arrested on top of getting beat up. I think I recall some sort of incident where a guy claiming to be a police officer (he wasnt. He had gone to and graduated from a police academy, but didnt go get a police job, just ran around wearing his police academy uniform and badge well after graduating in clear violation of several laws) tried to insert himself into some sort of situation at a corner store (obviously thinking that they would think he is a cop and would stop doing whatever they were doing) and he ended up getting beat up and robbed, but he didnt catch actual charges and instead the local PD Chief basically gave him a finger wag and a talking to with a warning of "this is why you need to stop pretending to be a cop" sort of deal. So no arrest record, no body cam recordings obtained from FOIA's, nothing. It made the local small newspaper and that was about it. Didnt see it mentioned in the news either, I heard it by word of mouth from a trusted source (buddy that works in the PD where this took place).
Little tip for you folks. When you are driving, if the Police want to call you over, drive to the nearest Police station and stop there. Don't ever stop where they want you to stop. You are doing nothing wrong driving to the nearest Police point. It's the same if you are walking down the street, and a random cop stops you. Then, make as much noise as you can, get as much attention as you can, and try to get somebody to accompnay you to the police station or video the arrest. Keep safe people. Never, ever let these predators get you alone.
Saying "I've been clean for two years" doesn't mean he's done this before. It means he's claiming to be sober from drugs and alcohol for two years.
He could have still been claiming to be clean of criminal charges? Just a theory though, I feel like what you said is most likely the case, just wanted to throw this out there.
@@cimanimgamingstuff780 I understand where he got confused.. someone that isn't involved in that world wouldn't really know.. but NOBODY says they have been clean for so long and talking about criminal charges.. that's not the terminology used.. I guess it's a possibility... but I'd put everything I own on that not being the case.
Then he has 13 felonies! Lol!
this is definitely my new favorite channel with this type of content keep up with the great videos!!
People who do this must be dilusional. Maybe they need to feel powerful with authority. Not a great idea to fuel your self esteem. Therapy is badly needed or prison or other institution. Extremely Dangerous to the public.
Why though? Why?
power
Mental illness
yeah but why? he could go to school for that.@@d3rduck
Or lack of brain
He's practicing. If he hadn't already kidnapped someone by the point he was arrested he was building up to it. Doing that shit should be a mandatory minimim of 5 years in prison with no intent component necessary
13 felonies!! How... many choices did he have to make in order to get to that point.
Roughly 13 important ones anyway
Phony police badge for a phony police officer...😢😢😢
When I grow up I want to pretend to be a alien 👽
"Executive Escorts" This guy's been reading from the Jeremy Dewitt handbook
it always freaks me out when real cops are clearly majorly uneducated about firearms. Real firearms enthusiast know what I'm talking about
Yup
You'd think they would know
Thanks for the videos! So satisfying to watch and stay tuned, need more!
All that artillery and effort DUDE just go be A REAL COP at that point😂…well he can’t now🤣
I had to rewind when I heard the names of the officers in the 2nd arrest. I thought I misheard because no way I just heard "kipke and skibicki"... but yes, yes I did.
I hate to think that some of these fake cops are doing it just to grab women and assault & kill them... the first guy is hanging around at night, outside of a night club, with weapons and items to trap a woman (handcuffs and a CAGE in the car). No one would think twice about a woman, leaving the club alone, getting put into a cop car. My stomach turns to think he's unfortunately already done it and could easily be responsible for some of that area's missing women, but won't be found out through this... you just never know! Why be outside a club doing this?? *-shudders-*
He's probably doing it to impress girls
Wow. There is jumping to conclusions, but you are currently orbiting past Uranus with this take. lol
Look, going that far to pretend to be a cop is cringe, but going this deep to thinking dude is kidnapping and killing women (also, odd you would want to be specifically only thinking this would apply to women...gay guys exist and are just as capable of pretending to be a cop as anyone else), its weird. Turn down the paranoia.
This dude literally walked up to a cop and showed him his Instagram for verification he's security??? What the hell is wrong with people
Really enjoy your presentations. Very well done 👍🏻. Hope your channel grows!!
Thanks so much!
20 years, wow.

Most kitted out impersonator I’ve ever seen buddy said he’s been clean for 2 years like it’s some drug or something 💀

As to the first guy: to my knowledge it's ridiculously easy to become a cop in the US, so why even pretending? fyi at least in Germany it takes a somewhat decent high school diploma and over four years of training to qualify as one.
They've probably tried numerous times but can't qualify. My brother is an officer. His best friend, for the life of him, can't pass the physical exam. I could see him trying to impersonate a cop in order to look cool, smh. He's a total law enforcement fanatic. Posters up in his house. Bumper stickers on his car. He wears "Thin blue line" clothing and/or military style stuff everyday. It's nuts.
@@KayIsConcerned Thanks for replying. I guess he still could be security of some sorts, that would at least be law enforcement adjacent. Whether he'd be a good one is another question. Have a nice one!
It’s not easy, that’s just something people say online to make cops look bad.
@@Fickets It's easy in comparison to the requirements in rest of the developed world. Higher standards tend to produce better graduates. It's bad cops that make look cops bad. Draw your conclusions.

Why is this video footage from the police publicly available? And is there no right to data protection in the USA? Faces, full names and sometimes addresses are revealed.
I wanna know as well
Data protection? No. The US doesn't give any actual guff about that. It is bought and sold unregulated here...as far privacy, everything the police do should be public record, including the names of suspected perpetrators, for transparency because authority is abused frequently here.
Anyone can request footage on any public official because of Freedom of Information Act. We can even request footage from cameras in public buildings.
