Played this song right after I kissed my husband when we were married also our dance song, it was so new back then we had the lyrics printed on our invitation's wish our marriage lasted as long as this beautifully perfect song "still remains" today 😥💔rip
This is my favorite STP song, even as a teenager who didn't quite get it yet. I just watched a sad video of him performing this song a couple of years before his death and it was so disheartening that I searched for this in the 90s and wasn't disappointed. I hate the passing of time. I wish I could just live in the 90s for the rest of my life.
Dude, I am with you on that one. Hello yeah yeah no problem the best year of my life. I really came of age got some direction good direction actually where I want to do This music sick soundtrack to all the emotions experiences, the wonderful girlfriends I have had my 20s
One of my top 3 STP tracks. Love this hidden gem and so glad it wasn't released as a single. Only true STP fans get it, not the fairweathered fans than only know STP's work from the radio
holy crap, I can't believe there's a video of this. My friends and I were at this concert... showed up early just to hear these guys. you could barely hear them, it was daylight and nobody was paying attention... Soon enough they became huge!
Still remains has to be one of the most romantic songs ever written and further proves the immense writing and vocal talent Scott weiland possessed. Is there a greater contribution to music than a beautiful love song like this? No way! Thank you Scott ❤️
I've watch a lot of old STP from what I think is in their prime (the album purple) and also remember them during that time as a kid. it's kind of crappy people in the media at the time (from what I remember) used to actually shit on them and call them grunge rip offs because their songs were amazing, genius in fact, both lyrically, and as far as guitar riffs. They were well beyond a lot of bands out with so much energy and talent. Even back then I recognized it. It's kind of sad when you watch later stuff because they sort of drifted so far from what they were (like most famous bands eventually do as the years go by) due to the tensions between Scott and the rest of the band, the drugs, probably having played those song 10,000 times and I guess just age. I mean that with no disrespect to them. It happens, none of us stay in our 20s and 30s forever and playing the same shit gets old, but you have to admit watching them in this part of their careers is pretty magical. Still one of my favorite bands of all time no matter what though.
Seriously, Scott Weiland had so much stage presence you couldn't mistake him for anyone else. And they were opening for Rolling Stones. Sometimes I think it should've been the other way around.
What a song ! Making love and I become you ..... ohhh Id beg for you ..... One of the Best love songs EVER ! No bubble gum there Thanks for posting this RIP Scott , you were and still truly loved
I never grasped how beautiful and complex STP's songs where untill I saw them live compleatly unexpectedly at San Manuel casino. Scott passed roughly 2 years after. I truly appreciate Dean,Robert and Eric for being the amazing showmen they are and working everyday to keep creating what they do best. Cant wait to hear new material with Jeff. Go see this band at any venue I promise you will have a great time!
Thanks for taking an effort for shooting and uploading this video for us fans to enjoy the moment. Totally a great performance by the underrated band of the 90's. Long live STP 🤘🏻😘
STP should’ve headlined liked them way more than the stones. Was blessed to see stp in 99 when Scott wasn’t too wrapped up in heroin at the moment. He was an incredible frontman and singer
...had to check my earphone cable like ten times! Left ear rates this as excellent! My right ear, was able to hear my wife talk to me at the same time so I didn't get in trouble for not listening! See! Good job left ear concerts! Good job! :)
This shows how people deal with music from the generation after them. I’m of Scott’s generation, and I love their stuff, even more the Stones, but the new stuff you can keep it. The small crowd shows this isn’t a new idea. RIP Scott and best of luck to the “new” STP.
Good Camera Footage & Sound for '94 Tech- -This Proves How Great of a Vocalist Scott Was- - & How Good of a Band STP Were - A lot of So-Called Great Bands Don't Do So Well Live RIP Scott-😢 -Cheers👍😀
My left ear loves this and my right is jealous
my right ear is jealous too so i put the speaker in the middle of my head and shared
My right ear loves this and my left one is jealous.
Good I thought my earbuds were broke
Man you really make me laugh
Hahaha
The chorus is so deep, so emotional it could melt anybody's heart. This song is beyond epic.
Le Monde de Rico always loves this song. It holds a special place in my heart.
Agreed, top 3 all time STP song for me

Yep. The 90's were everything. We peaked in '94.
One of my top 3 STP tracks. Love this hidden gem and so glad it wasn't released as a single.
Only true STP fans get it, not the fairweathered fans than only know STP's work from the radio
For sure one of the great ones. My favorite hidden gem was always Kitchenware And Candybars
by far one of their best songs... and in my opinion... one of the greatest love songs written......
'only true STP fans get it' - do you feel better now you said that?
A haunting love song now he is gone . This song is my favourite
Definitely on the true fanboy short list, near the top, with "Adhesive"
Young Scott so full of life!
holy crap, I can't believe there's a video of this. My friends and I were at this concert... showed up early just to hear these guys. you could barely hear them, it was daylight and nobody was paying attention... Soon enough they became huge!
That’s awesome! I miss Scott.
Rolling stones
Should have opened for them
YES
For sure!
Yes
Was thinking the same. No offense to the Stones but STP is a different animal on their own.
Was at this show, Toronto worlds fair, GENERAL ADMISSION!!! Stones Voodoo Lounge tour, never heard of STP and will never forget them
Still remains has to be one of the most romantic songs ever written and further proves the immense writing and vocal talent Scott weiland possessed.
Is there a greater contribution to music than a beautiful love song like this? No way! Thank you Scott ❤️
Greatest love song ever written and performed. So so personal
That little dance Scott does is his trademark awesomeness.
Looks like you had to sneak the camera in. Thanks for risking it to bring us a piece of rock history! ❤
Sometimes bootlegs get the coolest footage. ;) ❤
Listen to how absolutely beautiful this song is and how beautiful Scott's voice sounds. It's beyond a pity that the seats are half-empty.
Back when his voice was the best in music. In my top 5 fav STP songs.
My favorite STP song of all times! The only band I was truly obsessed with as a teenager was STP!
‘if you should die before me ask if you can bring a friend’ 😢 one of the best lyrics i’ve ever heard
Excellent performance.
Dude, why are you everywhere? lmao
This video is pure gold. Searching for videos today, he would have been 50 today. RIP Scott, yu are truly missed.

Matt Williamson I always thought the same thing, I think I was eleven or twelve at the time.
Totally agreed 🤘🏻👍🏻
How was life in the 90’s? I’m only 16 born in 2007 and I’m just curious how much different it is compared to times like now.
Criminally underrated song.
Seriously, Scott Weiland had so much stage presence you couldn't mistake him for anyone else.
And they were opening for Rolling Stones. Sometimes I think it should've been the other way around.
If you shld die before me... Ask if you could bring a friend... So sweet... So epic... So loved ✌
Reminds me what the blood of Jesus does for us... Who died for us so He could bring us to heaven with Him as His beloved friends :)
I wish I was there...
thanks for uploading this! They rarely played this at concerts and its still timeless and great.
Byron P Penick it's one of my favorite STP songs! 😭
It was in the set list regularly that year.
Saw these guys in 94'... what a fucking performance. STP was a band like no other!!
Serious question, how was the 90’s like as a whole not just music? I’m born in 2007 so I’m just curious what life was like.
My god this is epic--and to think the stadium is half empty and they're still playing their hearts out!
That's how it is for the opening act.
One of my favorite STP tunes!
To see it live is even sweeter!
"Take a bath I'll drink the water that you leave....,"now that's love!
No kidding.
Some Twitch Streamer Girl stuff these days. 😆
@Cougars & Tigers You had to take it there, didn't you? Haha
One of the greatest bands in rock music.
If you should die before me, ask if you could bring a friend...
Thank you so much for posting that.
pure gold !!!
Amazing footage!
Aww they’re babies here! Great live version of one of my favorite STP songs!

I miss you Scott. This most beautiful and sad song.
#StillRemains
So young and sounds so amazing. RIP Scott
This was BEFORE the band reached SUPER-STARDOM. Great video, perfect song, perfect band. Fuck heroin...
Scott was definitely quite the crafter of great stories. He's SO missed.

This is the song that drew me into STP the 1st time I saw them live. 😍😍 Sounds like an earlier version b4 it was recorded for Purple.
My favorite STP song by far.
And they produce more hits than the stones for the next 6 years!
Love this so much my wife’s celebrity crush since early 90s
Rip Scott the grunge king
I was there.
One of the best love songs ever!
Thanks for taking an effort for shooting and uploading this video for us fans to enjoy the moment. Totally a great performance by the underrated band of the 90's. Long live STP 🤘🏻😘
Back when you had to smuggle in a camera and hide it. Lol!
Not a bad picture for almost 30 yr old footage.
Great!!! Never saw it before! Thanx for sharing 😊
Is that a screwdriver?
Love since 90s rip scott
it's magical from prancing to finish!
I was at this show to see the Stones. I left a lifelong STP fan. Sun going down at CNE stadium , excellence.
Top of their game. Greatest song ever.
STP should’ve headlined liked them way more than the stones. Was blessed to see stp in 99 when Scott wasn’t too wrapped up in heroin at the moment. He was an incredible frontman and singer

Muito legal! E abrindo para os Rolling Stones!!! Esses moços estavam com tudo mesmo. Grande sucesso!!!
I never knew they played this song during that tour! Pretty amazing song and performance. Which I could see the entire set. Thanks for sharing.
Miss this era I recall when stp first came out
Thanks for sharing. What a moment.
Amazing, a few minutes of time captured
This shows how people deal with music from the generation after them. I’m of Scott’s generation, and I love their stuff, even more the Stones, but the new stuff you can keep it. The small crowd shows this isn’t a new idea. RIP Scott and best of luck to the “new” STP.

Scott weaves his visual and vocal spell and I am transfixed, thanks for a great upload!
Miss da 90s ..take care everyone ..you da coolest ❤
So cool! One of my favorite songs from them.
My uncle went to this show. He went for the Stones and said the Pilots were terrible. I’m glad we don’t all have bad taste in music.
I was backstage for this show. STP were not that great this night. I worked about a dozen STP shows thru the years, this wasnt there best.
I didn’t know this song by them was that old. Thought it was one of there later ones in the 2000’s.
Wow! It's amazing how much Jeff Gutt sounds like him here😮
What kind of camera is being used? It captured the moment pretty damn good.
Just one more show with Scott, that’s my wish❤
If u people actually understood how epic this footage is
Wish I had the whole show!
Scott era tan hermoso ahí 😍.
Tuvo que haberse quedado así para siempre 😭
The time when music was AMAZING. when music was REAL. when mainstream was DIVERSE. THE 90s !!!!!!!!!
