I like the part with the zip-line.
I feel like it is much smarter to use the roads mixed in with the zip lines. thus saving you much, much more bandwidth. The zip lines can be used off the road for many of the preppers and mostly used for the snowy regions.

FYI - the Director's Cut version includes new roads which links the Distribution Center South of Lake Knot City to Mountain Knot City and it interferes with the Zip Line you have in this video around the 25:13 mark (Weather Station to the First Pepper). I found a perfect location that you can move the zip line mentioned above to.

This is very useful even with just default LV1 Zip-lines (300m). For basic runs. You can focus upgrading them later if needed. Much appreciated! 👍

For sure you can upgrade later BUT, it saves on bandwidth when you upgrade them immediately (at least to level 2), because that extra 50m you get out of doing that, eventually adds up. Because if you can extend the bandwidth out as far as possible... it takes LESS zip lines to get to where you need to. Also, some people got real impatient, and started trying to build a whole network w/their own bandwidth but... nobody will ever be able to do that. You'll have to utilize other player's zip lines once in a while & connect to theirs, in order to fully connect to everyone. But that's not gonna happen unless you are patient, and wait for people's well placed zips to show up 1st. (Just some helpful tips for anyone just now getting into the game.) Keep on, Keepin on!

honestly, I only need to do this for the mountainous/snowy region to the west.
That is true that you only NEED to do it for mountain areas however... there are some timed orders that can only be achieved by using a fast & capable zip line route. Driving on the highway is a smooth ride, no doubt... but it's slower than speeding along on the zip lines.
I was able to connect to literally every prepper by being patient, and waiting for other player's well connected zip lines to attach my own to. It saved me on bandwidth doing that, and now I can get anywhere via zip line, and rarely have to use a vehicle for anything, quite frankly. Only the real large orders.

The second one has been announced i just got the first one should have gotten directors cut. Hope i have enough gameplay to keep me busy until next release.

It's been 3 weeks since i did this network and finished the game for a second time .
This time 100% for platinum in 135h
After completing it i felt so sad because i did everything on this masterpiece and
Nothing to do .
Most misunderstood and underrated game ever imo .
I know about the "Director cut"
But i don't think it adds anything new to the story unfortunately . Please correct me if im wrong.
I can't wait for the second starnd game although i don't think we will have another Masterpiece like this ,

Yes! 😃 You're doing it the best way truly!
By utilizing the MOST length available from your zip lines that you can, and going for 350/350 as often as possible... it takes LESS zip lines to create your network! Therefore using up less of your bandwidth.
Also, some folks aren't patient, and use all of their OWN zip lines to make connections but... you'll never have enough bandwidth to connect to *every* prepper doing that.
I always advise that folks do what they need to for the mountain areas but... wait, and be patient for OTHER player's well placed zip lines to appear on the map in some areas. Because you can connect yours to theirs, also saving yourself loads of bandwidth that way too.
There's some routes I was able to create w/out having to use my OWN zip lines at all! I got lucky, and ended up having 4-6 zips show up on the map that would connect the entire way from one prepper to another... without me having to use a single zip line of my own. It was dope.

Trying to figure out - at ~9.25, your zipline is on the mountain, moving from the Junk Dealer, going to chiral artist and to the lake forward to South Know, that should be 3 points, but you have four there. Is it someone's other zipline, or anything else? And this is really great job with the video, i'm recreating this step by step to save time :)
Hello. I want to make a zipline network to make reaching 5 stars on each facility faster, but it seems I don't have enough chiral bandwidth to do so. In addition, I've heard ziplines wear away quick too. Can anyone give any advise on the best way to level facitilties to level 5 and how to start a zipline network? Thanks.

Great vid. Thanks a lot. Very Usefull. I have one thing though.
On route three when I want to go from the craftsman to the First prepper. I've put the first two (craftsman and the next) On the exact precise same spots as you do in the vid. But it keeps saying: Obstacle deteced in Zip-Line path.
I am suspecting its the road. Can't think of anything else. But it doesn't seem to be an issue on your video. Am I missing something here?
@@lordvampair8553 You're right. I've noticed that "broken" thing too. I had to tweak some positions myself.
I've managed to "copy" your network completely. Its done except for 1 zip-line. For some reason i'm running against bandwith issue. It currently says: 40750/41220
Your video says you used 40500/41220 with all lines placed. I checked the whole map thrice and I have nothing other than zip-lines placed. very odd.
Anyway to counter that problem I removed the path to peter englert, as I don't need to be there anymore anyway.

i connected all the roadways it was lot easier only on mountain areas i built ziplines so it was quite easy. The best way to get 5 stars on all facilities is to grind alot😂😂no other go

@@rage8842 obviously not all yours...(bandwidth)......thats alot of ziplines....nowhere near that many in my world.....I've looked for your name on ziplines and what not on my game.......thanks for the answer.
@@peterlachance3139 it is all his work, you see one zipline costs 500 chiral network hence 81 x 500 equals 40500, you just need to level up to 5 stars every facility to maximize your total chiral network.
Not all his im assuming.....im 1250 hours in and im using other porters ziplines along with mine....there's not enough bandwidth for 1 person to have that many.....thank you for your answer.....keep on keeping on
