I love how Kishimoto threw in that older generation Ninja like Danzo and Ohnoki refer to her as Princess. It somehow gives more context to Tsunade’s character and the respect the Shinobi World had for Hashirama. They really saw him as Shinobi royalty.

My interpretation of Tsunade is that she's the remedy for most situations. She was literally credited as the reason for her village's victory in a nasty war, came back to reinforce her village and healed pivotal personnel and acted as the savior for the Gokage. I always think about her as being potentially far greater than her peers. She was the only Kage to be in office after decades of rustiness and still improved just in time to function as a powerhouse until the bitter end. This unfortunately makes her value underrated as her portrayal most of the time is to fix things and credits often go to other characters. Her revolutionary visions related to medical practices and political actions are criminally overlooked. Her ferocious and effective battle skills still don't get the recognition they deserve.
From her Grandfather and Great-Uncle to her Sensei to Jiraiya's student to Kakashi to Naruto Tsunade has met literally every Hokage to come before and after her in one way or another at least once
@@OpGamer-vt3dp I'm not great with names but i did kinda list off Hiruzin and Minato but I'm not entirely sure if Tsunade meet Minato before he died or if it was ever shown or implied that she met him as i don't have access to the Manga and the Anime dialogue is sometimes vague and could imply things that get mixed up in adaptation and localization But it's very possible she met Minato when he was a kid or during the time when he was being mentored by Jiraih based on a few lines said when she berated Jiraih for teaching Naruto the rasengan talking as if she had seen it performed by Minato at one point but who really knows
I remember just thinking Tsunade was hot as hell as a kid. Then she basically was shown to be the strongest character in the shoe by a long shot (atleast while watching at the time that’s what it seemed like) and THEN showed us all PTSD and the psychological effects of war, losing a lover, etc. she is literally one of the best characters ever created IMO.

I think that is a good thing. That just means that aside from being the granddaughter of the first Hokage, she herself has accomplished so much that she is recognized more by her own feats rather than just for being related with someone more notable.
I love the part when Hashirama thinks back to baby Tsunade and they both laugh at the same time. I wish we got to see more of him. For most of the series he was just known as God of Shinobi and we only saw him fight Hiruzen and he looked really stoic through the whole thing. But in the flashbacks we get to see how laid back and a bit of a goofball he is and that Tobirama always had to act as the responsible one. His fight with Madara was awesome and one of my favorite in the series.

Unlike Hiruzen who didn't do anything when Naruto getting hate by the Villagers, she completely cares to Naruto and even stand up for him when the Elders think that Naruto shouldn't come back to Konoha because she knows Naruto has potential and he's the one who changed her mind to be the 5th Hokage. I'm so mad when Danzo replaced her to be the next Hokage.

Very few female anime characters have an impact in Anime as iconic Tusnade. She’s clearly legendary & worth of the hokage title considering the time she became hokage & the way she assigned missions not to forget she’s a badass & a beauty. The only other female character that can match her level is Mikasa from Attack of titans, Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail & my favorite Mereoleona Vermillion🔥
I love Tsunade! I wish they had let her reach her full potential though. This show likes to limit a lot of its women’s abilities in favor of the female characters.

Tbh Tsunade is one of the 3 legendary Sanin. People gloss over that since she gets less screentime and has a gambling problem but she is very powerful and gets some slack towards the end of the 4th ninja war. It's like those animes where they have gods and devils be regular students. But they can still basically one shot most people.

Tsunade sent Shikamaru’s squad to save Sasuke, not because his sharingan is a valuable asset to the village but because she knows how important Sasuke was to them.
Actually started rewatching the series again! Really worth it and i'm picking up way more clues and story this time, nostalgic all over 👍 Tsunade's tale is a beautiful but sad one losing everyone she gives a chance from Nawaki to jiraya (remember their last meeting.. ouch)
In a way it makes sense since the tailed beasts were the pinacle of op'd and they had to give em a backstory. Also the foreshadowing of making a 10 tails out of all previous tailed beasts was begging for another big bad guy or in this case girl lol.
Also, he is the only villain who doesn't get manipulated. He stayed on his own goal = Being Immortal. Gaara was manipulated by hatred but he got forgiven thanks to Naruto. Danzo was manipulated by greed and power and also his jealousy towards Hiruzen. And then there's these: Nagato / Pain was manipulated by Obito who was manipulated by Madara who also was manipulated by Black Zetsu to revive Kaguya.
You know, one of the theories around the end of Boruto is him becoming, somehow in his search for eternity the final boss of the verse... (note: there are some events pointing towards that direction, this theory doesn't come from nowhere)

ngl when Tsunade is fighting Orochimaru she seems sort of weak(but not really) bc she quitted being a kunoichi for a long time and that makes her not train herself more powerful. And if she did she would prolly be more indestructible.
Who hates Tsunade?... she's easily the most wise and fundamentally strategic hokage throughout the series. The things I like the most about her is that she makes certain Naruto is front & center and training Sakura to be useful is a bonus
I'm not even done with the video but Tsunade needs a severe amount of hugs. Then for Naruto to call her inferior AFTER SHE SAVED HIM. The Third Hokage didn't even take care of all of Naruto's needs.

I think that is a good thing. That just means that aside from being the granddaughter of the first Hokage, she herself has accomplished so much that she is recognized more by her own feats rather than just for being related with someone more notable.

I love the part when Hashirama thinks back to baby Tsunade and they both laugh at the same time. I wish we got to see more of him. For most of the series he was just known as God of Shinobi and we only saw him fight Hiruzen and he looked really stoic through the whole thing. But in the flashbacks we get to see how laid back and a bit of a goofball he is and that Tobirama always had to act as the responsible one. His fight with Madara was awesome and one of my favorite in the series.
I am so happy that you did a video on lady Tsunade. She is by far my favorite character in Naruto! As a suggestion for the next video I would really like to see what it is to be a one of the 3 legendary sannin and learn more information about their entanglement with Hanzo.

Unlike Hiruzen who didn't do anything when Naruto getting hate by the Villagers, she completely cares to Naruto and even stand up for him when the Elders think that Naruto shouldn't come back to Konoha because she knows Naruto has potential and he's the one who changed her mind to be the 5th Hokage. I'm so mad when Danzo replaced her to be the next Hokage.

She’s clearly legendary & worth of the hokage title considering the time she became hokage & the way she assigned missions not to forget she’s a badass & a beauty. The only other female character that can match her level is Mikasa from Attack of titans, Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail & my favorite Mereoleona Vermillion🔥

In a way it makes sense since the tailed beasts were the pinacle of op'd and they had to give em a backstory. Also the foreshadowing of making a 10 tails out of all previous tailed beasts was begging for another big bad guy or in this case girl lol.
Also, he is the only villain who doesn't get manipulated. He stayed on his own goal = Being Immortal.
Gaara was manipulated by hatred but he got forgiven thanks to Naruto. Danzo was manipulated by greed and power and also his jealousy towards Hiruzen.
