my E53 merc wagon timer on track paces says 4.3 seconds.. my draggy says 4.6. Try a draggy, the on board timers are very inaccurate, and I think the vette timer has been proven to be off by quite a bit.

@@Luke-cb3ly Good news is that I did two pulls at 2.6, one at 2.9 and 3.1. Not bad for first time and on the street. Will definitely get better.
I know my C8, Stingray 2Lt did it in 2.2 seconds. it all depends on traction

Just curious as to why you didn’t didn’t wait until the recommended 1500 miles before you started launching your car.
The First 500 miles is the major restriction’s on driving. Between 500 and 1500 miles the owner manual says “no track events or sport driving school”, page 189. I don’t consider launching my car a track event. I have track time next month and I’m pass the 1500 miles. 👍

I let the car do all the shifting on the video.
You apparently know what you’re doing and it still took a couple minutes, wish GM had one button launch! Still waiting for 1500 miles til i launch it😁

Don't feel so bad about the chrome lug nuts. I had to get the Carbon Wheels and they put that stupid Chrome nuts on the $13K wheels! WTF Chevy! lol.
