There had been previous Paleo-European peoples (like Basques) living there, who had built upon further centuires of Neolithic civilisation through agriculture, like the Vinĉa culture in Serbia or that of the Cucuteni-Trypillia culture in Romania. Whilst I get that there's not much of these in material or knowledge, you could've just put these Paleo-European cultures there in just a general spread of the area of where their range was located, alongside others from around Europe. If you give me France with the same color as the Frankish kingdom, then you should give me Spain with the same color as the Visigoth kingdom and Italy as the Lombard kingdom, Spain is not just the kingdom of Castile
The Romagna and Spoleto should be part of the HRE during the reign of the Hohenstaufen. The powerful Staufen emperors exerted authority and suzerainty over these lands-witness Frederick II’s Vicars General of Romagna and Spoleto respectively which were directly appointed imperial viceroys. It was not until the 14th century, and really even the 15th century that the Papal States functionally constituted the Romagna and Spoleto.
Very minor corrections: You do for a small second have Emperors Constantius and Severus with the inappropriate titles (Severus Augustus, Constantius Caesar - I think you forgot to change Constantius to Constantine). Also, it would be Diocletian Augustus and Maximian Augustus, not "Augusti". That's just not how anyone back then used the word, nor how modern Germans use it - and it's just not what that word means. Reich means something like "Dominion", and is used for Holy Roman Germany, Wilhelmine Germany, as well as the Roman Empire (Römisches Reich), as well as France (Frank-Reich) and any word for a polity that includes -dom in English (Kingdom, Tsardom = Königreich, Zarenreich). And trust us, we are very, very sensitive when it comes to purging Nazi-terminology from our language. Reich just isn't one. In Germany, you'd probably call it Nazi-Germany, or the "NS-Regime", or anything like that. ("Greater German Reich" is fine though, that's definitely a fairly specific name; even though here in Germany we would probably put it in quotation marks).
One mistake: sueboi were not one of the germanic tribes, they were larger group wherein many (which are independent in your video) tribes were included. But it's good so far, good move was not to identify Vandali with Przeworsk Culture.
