The brew temp is quite not up to par ...should be 195+ .........even tho coffee in cup is great at 175 .....would like to know if its because of the warming plate being juiced up very high .....would be nice to test with plate Off
I just got the SS-GB1. The K-Cup side needs to be calibrated somehow. Instead of 8, 10 and 12 ounces, I am getting 10, 13 and 16 ounces. I just received a replacement as tech support didn't have an answer. Just used the replacement, and the same thing happens. Any ideas?
