Polk County, FL here again... Rep. Plaskett is correct! Our County , one of the largest in the state of Florduh, adding 100, 000 in the next 4 years ( mind you, not retirees but from others all over the country) ,Sheriff is begging for funds... but not for body cams, just for deputies. Not to increase laws regarding Gun Repair/ restorations shops. They do not even have to have bars on windows at a private residence. Case in point, one so called repair guy in south Lakeland was broken into, multiple weapons stolen.
And when the people are caught not one will go to jail.
I bet you that if you listed them children that are involved in gang activities as a separate stat the numbers would drop in the other stat quit including 18-19 as children

Mr. Bishop, great Job! Good questions! Mr. Cummins, thanks for answering honestly. We have a copdemic issue in America. I have never met 1 LEO who knew the 5 elements of the first Amendment. Most LEO'S believe they can arrest someone for obstruction for pleading the 5th. Most LEO'S don't understand the 4th Amendment. Police will never be a solution when we have case law like Castlerock V Gonzalez and Lozito V New York City that says they don't have to do their job. When officer safety trumps the constitution then we have no rights, because small traffic citations trump officer safety, otherwise police wouldn't pull people over. Police are not solving crimes (they only solve about 2%) and they are out there committing crimes and using lawfare and the state to cover them up. ATF did what they intended to do on the 1st degree, otherwise they would've worn cameras and not block them.

CONGRESS : Only Congress creates laws, therefore, ONLY Congress is the answer to the weaponization of the Executive and Judicial branches. However, Congress continually passes laws that allow executive bureaucrats and political appointees to make decisions without consulting Congress. Also, Congress continually funds abusive executive departments (House) and confirms sub-par candidates to federal offices (Senate). While these meetings help define the scope of government overreach and weaponization, they MUST be followed up with new legislation that modifies past legislation and abusive congressional rules. One good legislative purpose would be to confirm the primacy of our God-given and constitutional rights above ALL government actions and intents. Instead of "proving" we have those rights, governments and government actors should be open to suits, dismissal, and prison, without immunity, when they abuse our rights. Another good legislative purpose would be to make our rights positive, in the sense that there should be no way to abridge those rights through bureaucratic means or operational actions in the field. Also, using modern technology, ALL government employees should be subject to being filmed. In short, ALL government employees should be monitored and partake in the monitoring process with body cameras. At a minimum, they should be monitored when interacting with the public, when conducting meetings, and when operating outside of their offices in vehicles or by foot. Their actions should be a matter of automatic public access in real time, not redacted and subject to FOIA. The names and salaries of ALL government employees should be published, not just certain departments. Law enforcement should be limited to the Justice Department, not ALL departments who want a "police" force, like the EPA, IRS, etc. ALL documents, images, etc produced should be automatically archived in real-time by the Library of Congress for the use of Congress in its oversight capacity, thereby eliminating the ability of the executive branch to hide information from Congress and the American people. Executive and judicial branch employees must be automatically subject to Congressional oversight and subject to automatic impeachment upon refusal to assist that oversight by obfuscation and evasion. Government employees should be subject to automatic termination if found to be substandard. Presidents MUST be subject to automatic impeachment when they fail to uphold ALL laws, regardless of funding, but MUST report to Congress ALL instances where funding prevents enforcement. In cases where Presidents fail to enforce laws, State Governors must be tasked with the enforcement or be automatically impeached by their legislatures regardless of party or political will. The object should be the primacy of American citizens over the governments that are supposed to serve them.

While it's true we can only truly know how the raid was conducted through investigation, certain already known facts about this raid already scream mishandling. The fact that agents never wore body cams against their own policy, the fact that they literally covered up and disabled home security cams, and the fact that they at anytime knowing the guys schedule to catch him at work or on his way to work when he can easily be arrested tell us that they did this the wrong way.
But to be honest the GOP is not an honest bunch, so I tend to not believe them unless they show facts which they confuse with what they “heard”

It was a no-knock raid, which typically they don't even yell police. There are many videos on YT of them doing this. We have a police culture that is sick to the core.
