I am supporting John Kennedy! He certainly has a common sense approach to solving problems. He also has a way of making the Senate and others look really dumb! Which I am glad it is coming to the forefront!
Commonsense surely implies being sensible and pragmatic about common/ likely situations? The question he asked is hypothetical in that it has never happened in human history and never will, a fact he gets close to conceding himself by framing as an “intellectual discussion”. Asking such a question may look good or may even be strategic and clever. One thing it does not reflect is commonsense. Of all the supportive comments about this clip this has to the stupidest, and that’s saying something for this constituency..
Mr. Kennedy also has southern comfort and is quite a gentleman. I dk there are people who have a different view, but he’s a common sense guy, and not a ‘hater.’
Most of the witnesses seem to stretch out the greeting’s because they don’t have the answer. Why are they so afraid to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’?

I'd be curious how non-transferability is going to work when someone buys a Swifty ticket for his 10-year-old step-daughter who has a different last name, or grandparents buying tickets as a Christmas or birthday gift.
The problem that is is this that people don't realize that a person that owns a business pays more in taxes and the person that actually works they don't realize that because they're not just paying taxes to the government they're paying unemployment tax social security tax and all kinds of other taxes so they're pain like six times the tax and people donut realize that so it's not really worth it because they don't really make their income back almost six or seven years at the most even with all the write offs, so you have to be a mad man in most cases even go into business.
It's worth the chance it's fun and you never get a better challenge ..and then you can't do it anymore well you back to the beginning. It ant easy but fulfilling when you go broke and start over😂❤ do it all over again and go back at it
