NF reaction video - Ігри
This is a tough one, knew it would grab you after the last one. Love how real your reactions are... this was no exception. Apparently his mom died a couple weeks before his graduation. Remember in Mansion when he says one of his biggest regrets was not calling his mom but there "isn't enough room in this song"
Then, in this album, we get the song about that. As others have probably said, he had everyone leave the studio for that last part where he is talking and crying.
His albums are like books and each song is like a new chapter. Put them all together and it is an autobiography.
Can't wait for you to get to REAL (video) and OH LORD (audio)...
The part where he says “in a room with a parent I barely know, some lady in the corner watching us and taking notes” I’m pretty sure he’s talking about a social worker
That is correct. Child protective services to observe her and see if she's fit to keep custody of the kids.
The crazy part about that last part in the song he made everyone get out of the booth so he could record the last part 🥺😔
Not a single other rapper nowadays can say their biggest vulnerability or even rap about it and keep moving forward throughout all the hate and become this type of person this song helped me through my ex-stepdads passing and he used to abuse me this is one of the biggest reasons people follow him because he’s genuine and motivating. Great reaction. (It’s ok to cry)
True. This can explain it further ua-cam.com/video/uEI-KvZU0gI/v-deo.html
I wouldn’t say not a single other rapper. That’s a really vast generalization from someone who probably doesn’t listen to every other rapper. I love NF but his whole brand is vulnerability and emotions so yeah he definitely touches on it a lot more but I could give you a long list of songs that are pretty damn deep by other rappers.
I wouldn’t say that josh a Iamjackhill did too
Thats a true fact
Haven't cried fr past 5 6 months just holded everything in this song right here helped me pour my hate sadness n disappointment out.
I heard that when he was ready to record this, he had everyone leave him alone so he could really feel it and get it out. I often wonder what kind of artist you have to be to do a song and a video that is this true and this raw. I think he has saved many lives with his art. The growth I see in his craft in his life, it's amazing Nate's amazing.
Saw him perform this live, didn't think he would. He sat down and cried on stage 😭
Song really is a masterpiece of art. If only there was a Grammy for “best song you want to hear just once”.
I still cry over this song :(
Its been years and this song will always make me tear up. Been loving your reactions man. REAL.
Don't hold it in, we want you to be real, like NF. This is the biggest milestone on the NF journey.
This song makes me cry every time and I’ve been blessed to always have both my parents in my life even if they were going through their own stuff. My dad was an alcoholic until I was almost 30 and he was institutionalized by his wife because she was afraid he was going to commit suicide but he still made himself available. He’s been sober 17 years now.
The most difficult reaction I ever watched was a reactor playing this song for him mom who was a recovering drug addict.
Such a powerful song 🎵 🖤
She died when he was around 18. He did say in 2019 interview he has a lot more empathy towards her as he gets older.
To be honest NF is there for me when no one else is like I can listen to him when I’m sad so he helps me soooo much
There is no other song this powerful by any artist!! NF with realness shows the hurt and pain that he and others may have experienced. Appreciate your reaction!
This is what I found online...
The mother of NF overdosed and died in 2009 when Nathan was eighteen years old. The lack of love by his mother and the constant verbal assault from his father helped craft the dark personality of NF, yet further solidified his purpose in life, to write real music.
Poor guy has had a real tough life 😭 💔
You don't usually see rappers being this vulnerable in their music. Nobody pours their heart out through their pen like Nate does.
She died when he was 18 but she lost custody of them when he was a very young boy which is why you see the little kids in the video
Can’t wait till he gets to “Nate” the song that will explain everything
@@calvinerickson9521 yep, The search album is a little different we’re witnessing is pain in the early albums
In the search album you can see his searching for solutions the funny part about song Nate is in therapy you are encouraged to talk to your younger self and what you would say to them he’s learning and we’re learning with him
His mother died just one year before he got his record deal. It played a large part in his music development
This has to be one of the top saddest songs ever made. U can feel his pain. Such a brilliant lyricist. Thank u so much for reaction, Peace
NF is just so real!! Love that!!
Always a hard one to listen to, even after the 100th time😢
If you see this song live it hits you even hear cause the whole audience is just belting the whole song and Nf maybe sings like 1/3 of it because he is just balling on stage, it really hits hard.
That’s why I love NF bc it’s REAL music. Everything is raw and truth. At the end of the song where it’s just him crying that was real. He told the producer to leave the studio room but to leave the mic on to capture those real moments.
bro dont be scared to let it flow, this shit hits different
He was 19 when he lost his mom I think. But what’s heart breaking is there was supposed to be a 3rd verse but he broke down in the studio and made everyone get out and that’s him in the studio by hisself just letting everything out in the last verse
Every single time I listen to this song it just breaks me down. I feel like crying everytime cuz I lost my mom when I was really young but not due to drug addiction or anything like that so I simply can't imagine how he felt and what he went through
This is my all time favorite of NF, not because I can relate to this but because I can genuinely feel his soul and pain in this song. Not a lot of artists can do make me feel this way like NF did with this song. NF is just ... wow.
This song is intense.. you hear his pain, poring his heart out..I think you’re not human if it doesn’t make you feel something.. it’s a tough listen but necessary for the NF journey.
Gives me chills every time I listen
NF is the only rapper that can genuinely make me cry
Thank you so much for doing this one, I don't know if I've ever showed someone this song before without them crying to it
Nate was 18 when he lost his mother that’s such a tough age to lose a mom to everyone out there that had lost there mother I can never truly understand the pain that y’all are going through and I bless you and your family
There's no other song like this in rap
He was 18 when he lost his mom.
This song took my breath away!!!😔😔😔😔😔😔I couldn't see the song cause i couldn't stop crying. My heart hurts man!!!
NFrealmusic 💯💯, great tough reaction!!
We love you DonVon! We Love you NF!!!! The evolution of NF is amazing to watch from here on out. This song was critical for his soul to heal.
I can't not tear up when I hear this because I relate on most of this
man the people who say this song is an emo song, they have no idea how it feels to lose a human being that is the most important thing in their life.
This song hits me really hard I cry my eyes out everytime I hear it. I didn't lose my mom to drugs but I lost my brother to them so I know Nates pain. After I lost my brother I went off the deep end and got addicted to Opiates and it's ruined my life and all I can think about is how disappointed my parents are with me and it kills me. I've tried so many times to get clean but always fall back to the same ways. It's the only way I know how to numb everything else out.
He was 2 weeks till high school graduation when she passed
His new song MAMA is amazing him forgiving her for this
Nate was 2 weeks from graduating high school when his mom died.
2 WEEKS????
I love him crying in this. It shows the kids who listen to it it’s okay to cry. Even if you’re trying to be angry or “thug” or whatever, it’s okay to cry.
I absolutely love this song but it makes me cry every time i hear this song it makes you think that you need to have a good relationship with your parents so when they die you feel like there still with you and dosn't make you want to not come together it has this kind of has this feeling of sadness because i know that some of us went through the same thing.
This song deviates me. My ma died when I was two. Don’t remember a single thing. Voice, look. Nothing
You made it through! I've seen grown men try to react to this and not be able to. Great job!
Hardest reaction so far, thank you.
Had a same childhood .. from 1 year to 12 years old, I was in the system and then again from 15 to 17 years old and I started living on my own. I forgave my parents☝️I have a great life now ❤
I've always been a fan of his. This song gets you in the feelings big time.❤️ Excited to hear new album.
I had a friend who passed away last October right after he had his bday, I knew him since middle school back in 2006, I still can’t believe that he’s gone…I don’t wanna accept it, he was like a 2nd brother to me and I was always there for him.
This song still gives me chills. Ive had too many friends/family leave too soon.
Hey bro, I started watching your video because of the nf journey you were on.
Just wanna say thank you for doing these reaction videos. I truly appreciate your attitude and depth on these crazy lyrics lol
Subbin'
Reactions so sincere
I found you from tik tok. NF is one of my
Favorite rappers. He has such real music. I love him ❤
this is a super tough one to absorb, never heard this dude before this song, this is like mine 2nd time hearing it.....dude is deep. reminds me in ways of how eminem was so angry with his lyrics about his mom and girlfriend, but on a bigger, deeper level. i hope this dude realizes that his pain in this song touches MILLIONS of ppl that struggle with addiction, or kids that lived with a parent addicted to a substance
Found you off of TikTok! Saw OK in your bio, I’m in the 918. I’ve been wanting to start doing reaction videos to new music and music I’ve never heard as well as start streaming. Can’t be coincidence I found your channel. I’d be down to chat if you’re ever around town. Love your channel dude!
If Eminem had a twin you're looking at it...NF
If you're Eminem fan you'll get it
Love your content
This is what they should play drug prevention presentations. A bunch of depressed middle/high schoolers don’t care if we get hurt/die. The impact we leave behind though? That’s what would really touch us
When you said heavy it looked like a piece of your soul left your body omg
He was 17 about to graduate high school and had recently cut ties with her
My mom was an addict all my teen years got clean when I was 21 just recently found out she relapsed I feel this so hard
The saddest thing is he was the one that found her dead 😢
We all know someone that needs to hear this song
Hang on Don, gonna be a rough ride for this one
What’s good Don!
I think he was 18
This one a rough one. It's hard to really break it down. He made it crystal clear. 💜💜💜
The woman in the corner taking notes is the social worker
Yeah yeah, i was too caught up in the moment my brain was rushing
Korn's Daddy is the only other song that compares to this.
He was around 17-18. Tough way to lose someone
Man check out hotel books, it’s not rap but the way he puts words together is crazy
damnnnnn 🥹
You should check out the one with my friends
Nice reaction. This song is very emotional.. have you ever checked out twenty one pilots?
Lost parents to drugs, in one form or another. Grandparents and uncles and aunts gone. Husband of 17 years, gone due to pills. But I am sober. 30 yrs. I've raised 3 men and working on two more. And the best parent in the world was and is GOD. GOD RAISED ME. God walks with me. GOD is my family. So please if you're using, get help. Don't live that way anymore. Those pills and drugs and alcohol DOES NOT have you. 🙏
You need to react to million questions by patrick Jorgensen
He was 18 when his mom passed
He was 17 I believe
Yo bro you should react to DAX and Mercules maybe??
Lost in the moment NF
The one taking notes from personal experience, is a Soical worker just saying
i think he was 18 when he lost his mom
Can you check out King Lil G -Grow up
He lost his mom I believe at 19 or 18

It's a hard song to react to bruh
😓
2009 .
Maybe you shouldn't talk in the middle of the song that would help
It's a reaction video it's usually what reactors do
