In the movie named Oz, they explain how the land was named after him. So he's the Wizard of Oz, and He _is_ Oz.
The game should have accepted Oz, as he is still the wizard of Oz, and Oz is in the answer's full title.
This game also didn't accept "cop" for "police officer".
