This is the UK version though, why wouldn't the questions be in regard to the UK?
If the game was released for PAL regions, anybody from that region can run the game as long if the console / emulator is PAL too. The game could be a UK-exclusive release, but this don't mean the game will work only for systems sold in UK. For PS2, PAL regions are Europe, South Africa, Oceania, some Asian countries and most of Latin America countries.
It's targeted at a British audience though. That's the demographic.
Well yeah, but it was released in the UK. You wouldn't expect a Japanese game to be in English and be about America simply because it shares the same region as the USA.
The show itself is a British one originally, so that's what it's based on.
In response to Joels question if anybody has ever left these shows with nothing. Not the same show but I remember watching an episode of Deal or No Deal where a lady stuck with her case the whole game, even at the end given the choice to switch with the last case. Her case was 0.01 cent, the last case was the 1 million.

Necromancy For Kids I’m not sure what you mean by that? In its original form the problem works fine. The reasoning behind that is because Monty is forced to show a goat, which isn’t random chance. The problem doesn’t work when the revealed cases are random.

I watched the first 20 minutes of the 1990s Romeo and Juliet in English, and it was a complete ADHD crackhead mess. It didn't help that my teacher's speakers were peaking because of the volume level, so it added to the experience.
