How to Make Chapati | Indian Bread

How to make CHAPATI? On this video I show you how to make CHAPATI!
Ingredients
70g wholemeal flour
70g strong white bread flour
½ teaspoon cooking salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
90ml hot water
Method
In a bowl place strong white bread flour, wholemeal flour, cooking salt, olive oil, hot water little by little and stir. Dump it out onto the counter and work until is elastic. Leave resting for 5 minutes, divide into pieces, roll into balls and leave resting for 5 minutes. Flour the counter and roll out the dough until very thin. Grease a frying pan with olive oil, heat until start smoking cook on side, flip and cook on the other side.
