One of the key features is to not overburden ourselves. We have to plan at least 30-50% more time for our tasks than we think. Anyone with the same experience or is it just me? 😅

This is the first time I’ve ever heard the phrase “confidence in your energy” and it hit me like a ton of bricks that this is exactly what I’m lacking. Very well put!
I changed my approached to time management. I try to organize my tasks from most important to the least ones, also according to my energy level throughout the day. It works better for me this way. Yes! Or accept that the to-do list is a guideline, and we might only get 1-2 things done on a given day (and some days that feels like a lot)
