    I'm both embarrassed and relieved after watching this: embarrassed because i have most of these awful habits, but relieved because i'm not the only one that has them 🙃

    1.obsessed with planning and doing nothing about them.
    2.considering yourself 'lazy'.
    3.living to impress other people.
    4.making decisions when you are tired, angry or depressed.
    5.multitasking.
    6.not cleaning up after you do a mess.
    7.obsessively checking your phone.
    Tips to tackle those awful habits
    1.identify the bad habits.
    2.identify the triggers for those habits.
    3.eliminate the rewards.
    4.make the reward impractical to do.

    I deleted my Instagram and Facebook from my Home screen on phone and Each time i have to re download or open the app tab and type the name
    My overall use of these apps have substantially reduced as its a task in itself
    also I have time to think if I even want to open it rather than mindlessly scrolling through it
    It works !!

    Another tip regarding social media is to set a time you're allowed to spend inside each app every day. I tried setting a limit of an hour a day for Facebook and Instagram. Initially, I told myself I'd try it for a month - haven't changed it since 😊 (have gone above it once or twice). Setting a limit on Facebook Messenger, where I text friends and colleagues is another matter 😂🤣

    I think that yes, some people are lazy. I know I am. But we just cannot let that take control of us, we have to fight against it. Great video! Loved the tips!

    ❤ thank you for the life lessons! You are so right that there are certain habits that we need to quit and 2023 is a great year to do that. Also, you are right about journaling.
