Sounds better, but still only running on 3 cylinders... Advance the timing some will help with the hesitation, but likely the carburetor needs a new accelerator pump in it too. You hear the skip when you rev it up the most and it is popping. Still a great thing to have a motor that runs and is worth fixing. Congratulations! Hope you can swing a deal with the owner. Like I said, inform him of the skip and that should give you bargaining power.
