If AMD can reinvigorate their GPU market they will be a force to be reckoned with. While they slayed Intel pretty substantially they still have the "Green Giant" to contend with.
Takes years to do that, because companies already have a network of Intel-based solutions. Reason why, despite Intel having hardware vulnerabilities, actually grew by a solid 90% in the server and enterprise market.
amd has come such a long way in the past 3 years both cpu and gpu market but primarily the cpu market ryzen 3000 series has intel slashing prices just to try and keep up, and the new threadripper 3990x probably had the executives at intel shit their pants.
when a close to bankruptcy company promote the right person for CEO you get an AMD that grew 1600% in 5 years , a company that managed to completely destroy the previously unbeatable Intel, and coming for the Nvidia guys. In a couple years, AMD managed to compete with 2 companies in the ultra highest end when it seems so far ahead before
Apart from AMDs latest PC CPU (which is very good)the rest have been ok, on the other hand they need to up their game on the GPU side. GPU side for the PC market is a let down, they just cannot compete with Nvidia, I'm still waiting for a AMD GPU that beats Nvidia in spec and power usage while having good driver support.
They keep on insisting that balance sheet. What do you want those $500M for debt payment to be given to investors as dividends? It's obvious that AMD want's that debt to be controlled!
AMD chips are just better at the moment. Intel is only better for low res high fps gaming, and by a little bit. Everything else AMD is better. AMD needs to work on their oem contracts.
Investors looking for a quick bang for their buck aren't by definition investors. Investors realize the incredible complexity involved in any business and when it comes to technology the proper goal is to look at where consumer demand is and how a company is working to satisfy that demand. On Do-It-Yourself only the psychological damage of mindshare or foolish lack of research has anyone buying Intel products in example. OEMs are slow to change but the customers like me who build and recommend components will always shift towards a better value. No need to have insider insight for what ten people in your neighbor will readily tell you. AMD is a great long term investment and if you're not trading long term then you're not an investor.
The same clowns who expected the server market to just immediately switch to AMD, then were disappointed when it wasn't as massive as they wanted it to be. Because everyone in the server market has the cash to just sell off their newly purchased Intel systems to jump en mass to AMD. 🙄
Yet their stocks went down by a lot because revenue wasn't enough for the new inverstors, even though the company had the best q4 earning in a long while, payed half their debt, and new revolutionary products will keep coming.

Lisa Su is the OG. make my calls go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
If AMD can reinvigorate their GPU market they will be a force to be reckoned with. While they slayed Intel pretty substantially they still have the "Green Giant" to contend with.
Mad respect to her. AMD has its mojo back. 3 years ago they looked like they were gonna fail like Nokia
Being a former Nokia employee, reading this comments stings a little bit. Unfortunately, we did not have a Lisa Su to steer us around.
Ive been running a FX8350 @ 4.4GHz since 2014, absolute beast.
Wat gpu u pair it with?
She’s a real champion.
More CEO should be like her
I love my ryzen 3900x and radeon vega 64. Cant wait to get a hold of big navi ;)
Meanwhile over at Intel, more CPU security vulnerabilities... If this keeps happening I can see Intel lose most of it's server market.
Takes years to do that, because companies already have a network of Intel-based solutions. Reason why, despite Intel having hardware vulnerabilities, actually grew by a solid 90% in the server and enterprise market.
it's funny that once after this interview AMD stock start to break new high records
LOL. That guy is asking her to increase the leverage. I hope he sees his own video in May of 2020.
This guy is almost incomprehensible
리사~쑤! 아우고와! 아름다울美!
Amd is kicking ass
리사수 누나 사랑해
💚Lisa you are
The Ai Goddess
We worship you
💚💙💚💙💚💙
Come in china &
Stay with us 💌.
Great CEO
Really hope AMD GPUs could support things like TensorFlow.
MOM IS ON TV
Amazing woman that will show up 99.9999 of men, if not all of us.
amd has come such a long way in the past 3 years both cpu and gpu market but primarily the cpu market ryzen 3000 series has intel slashing prices just to try and keep up, and the new threadripper 3990x probably had the executives at intel shit their pants.
Amd makes awesome CPUs with reasonable prices!! But their gpus sucks so badly, I hope big navi like a 5800 XT comes out soon cuz I want it.
I got a a ryzen pc even though it cost me much more than an intel one. It all comes down to the performance in numbers.
SU BAE!!!
when a close to bankruptcy company promote the right person for CEO you get an AMD that grew 1600% in 5 years , a company that managed to completely destroy the previously unbeatable Intel, and coming for the Nvidia guys. In a couple years, AMD managed to compete with 2 companies in the ultra highest end when it seems so far ahead before
all hail lisa su
Ryzen and Threadripper own Intel's offerings
Long live AMD!
Just add AMD shares on my portofolio. In 2 years, it will hit $105+
I would love to work for her
Apart from AMDs latest PC CPU (which is very good)the rest have been ok, on the other hand they need to up their game on the GPU side.
TSMC is the real hero
GO AMD!
Running a 1200 ryzen at 4ghz for over a year now
Happy owner of ryzen 1700 and ryzen 3600
Why is Jim Cramer looking so frustrated? Am I the only one noticing that?
AMD chips are just better at the moment. Intel is only better for low res high fps gaming, and by a little bit. Everything else AMD is better.
AMD needs to work on their oem contracts.
But like the great reporter once said,
Do you speak english? Lol
AMD is a great long term investment and if you're not trading long term then you're not an investor.
ayy
yo
All hail Su bae
She turned the tables
Proud to be a chinese
Lisa is from Taiwan
what a queen
AMD is saving the CPU industry, hopefully their graphics cards overtake Nvidia's next
Not sure if that will happen.
want in
Fix your drivers Lisa Su
Massive sell off... The best is behind AMD now?
One can always hope for a massive sell off of a great company in order to buy at a great discount.
So what about big Navi, when are we getting Big Navi Dr/Su lol
Can verse offer sector Lisa support people learn earning bigger picture from the offer its earning console components are different.
AMD I love your CPU's but your GPU's need a lot of work.
Intel left the group chat.
Amd goes to average pe of 50 or so. So be carefull , my target is 40
Why is price to earnings so important to a growth company? Maybe price to projected future earnings is more meaningful.
What kind of clowns think that gaming is "slow"?
The same clowns who expected the server market to just immediately switch to AMD, then were disappointed when it wasn't as massive as they wanted it to be.
Because everyone in the server market has the cash to just sell off their newly purchased Intel systems to jump en mass to AMD. 🙄
Yet their stocks went down by a lot because revenue wasn't enough for the new inverstors, even though the company had the best q4 earning in a long while, payed half their debt, and new revolutionary products will keep coming.
Yes go Lisa ! Now Can you give me a free GPU? I will be your biggest fan Lisa
check gtribe (website), they r giving one
AMD is good for warming up during winter
Ist dieses Interview ein Witz? Er sollte mal Intel interviewen! Ja man sieht hier es sind Komiker unterwegs!
AMD dont forget gamers not like intel...
