The guy in the recording is full of it. Men from European countries have been the greatest contributors to the bad image of Brazil as a sex tourist destination, past and present. I’m not arguing for reckless abandonment overseas, but the bias is strong in this case. Everyone else can exercise their agency when traveling, but for Black men to be worthy of going overseas we must know the history of the county, have basic fluency in the language, and have only the purest intentions. It's funny that with social media, they name something not new, to some! In the early 2000's guys that I knew in the overseas gov. Contract community, traveled to Brazil, with their new 6 figure salaries, for sex tourism, there could have been other reasons but the groups that I knew, seemed stuck on only one segment of that culture. Most were married and did yearly trips enroute to or from the states. These are guys that I worked with, but would never hangout with. I’ve been to 65 countries so far. Met an Italian woman in Paris and we have been together ever since traveling the world and whatnot. Been to Brazil over 40 times. People like a change of pace,different cultures,people,foods,great weather,etc.. Don’t need to deal with makeup,fakeup,and weave like in the U.S..and other women know there’s more to life than sitting in cars and in bathroom posing and doing video. You meet annd deal with all types of women traveling the world not just black. Even though the largest concentration of the most beautiful African women I’ve ever seen are in Brazil. Even Brazilians are African,Egyptian,Greek,Italian,etc.. My closest female friends in Brazil are German,Portuguese,and Japanese Brazilians.

The thing that stands out to me is when he talks about “our women”. It’s likely applicable because of the different culture in Brazil.
