This was interesting to watch. I (black American woman) was married to a man with similar attributes and experiences because of those attributes. He didn't play polo but was into things considered to be different in our communities.
He did also speak Russian (trained in military) and was also heavy into skin care. He lived in various countries throughout life, loved books (was a walking encyclopedia), very well-spoken, dressed well, had high standards, and was really just--his own person. (He was also quite rustic and into gardening and permaculture and was a genius at it). He told me when they were growing up, his sister always accused him of being gay. She took it far, too. I think his dating pool was diverse as a young man because of lack of understanding from black American women, however he did attract and date these women as well.
We had 3 children together. He's no longer physically on Earth, but I was so blessed to know and live life with him while he was here!

I Wish this brother well. He seems like a nice gentleman, very calm spirit. I know what it is like to be misjudged as I tend to be very proper and people often mistake that for me being a snob but I find that when I'm around other classy people I just fit right in. So, as he said, you just have to find your crowd.
I stopped the video halfway when I realized Oshay was making something out of nothing because Kendra was very mature and professional in the way she dealt with this man. And many of you men who are agreeing with Oshay just because a woman didn't want you if you met this man you'd probably misjudge him too.

I definitely fit in this category. Throughout my life, I got my masculinity and sexuality questioned just because I was well-spoken and kept myself clean. However, I won't say that black women are the only ones who have a narrow perception of what a masculine man is supposed to be. Women in general need to expand those perceptions and not be so judgemental.

He can find himself a lovely black woman the way he is who will enjoy his ways.
We as brothers gotta live and let live.
I remember I met this blk guy at the bar years and years ago.
I will admit, I thought he might of been a splinter booty, but it terns out, he was just ultra feminine in his expressive nature. There’s a big difference when you’d mature enough between gae and feminine.
He went on and on about chicks, soaked up a lot of game, he had his stuff semi together, and he was fun to drink with and watch games with.
When you realize that you’ve met a brother who isn’t trying to kill you or another, you recognize how all that judgment stuff goes out the window and coming together in peace is very beautiful when manifested.
It’s when the person starts to project that onto you when there is problems. That’s a clear sign. But if they are just that way with out trying to disrespect your manhood, live and let live.
We gotta protect each other, especially the non violent non ghtto ones
