✅Ingredients:👇
Cut 2 large eggplants into slices
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt
Black pepper
Dried garlic
Paprika
We coat all eggplants
Bake for 20 minutes 180C/350F
Chop 1 onion
Fry in vegetable oil
Chop 1 bell bell pepper
Salt
Black pepper
300gr minced meat
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp tomato puree
Mozzarella 150 gr
Lay out a layer of filling
Mozzarella layer
Layer of parmesan
