Jeff, I saw you mentioned a buzzing contactor on the EVTV blog. I had the same thing with my AC31 setup, talked to HPEVS and they sent me a new contactor in return for the old one, noise gone. They said sometimes they just make noise from the PWM of the 24 volts.
