I’ve used this fly for years, big paydays. I run red black crystal flash, 4 short and 4 long size 10 for trout size 6 for bass and add rubber legs ( never too much crystal flash).

Great video! Re the dubbing loop, it is much more comfortable to turn the hook point away from you so you can load and twist the loop without thinking about the hook point...

You didn't mention hook style and size? Looks like a curved nymph hook, maybe size 6.
