    Dont invest even in small units or affordable units market will correct this is for sure , aur aisa nahin hota ki agar luxury segment correct hoga aur affordable nahin hoga dont blindly listen to him . And dont invest in short period like 1 year

      Aaj , 30th June 2024 ko Buddhe ne ek paid seminar kiya , waha pe bhi mainly holding karne ko bola taaki supply kum ho jaye aur rate badhe . Jo phas gaye hain unko relatives aur friends etc se funds lene ki advice di , nahi toh builder wapas le lega bolke nikal gaya .
      Toh inn Uncle logo ka yahi hisab kitab hain . Bachke rehna , warna mehengi , high maintenance flats jiski development ko 5 to 7 years minimum hain , unme phas ke reh jaoge .

    Rate badhte hi jaa rahe hai Greater Noida jaisi jagha par....jahan aadhe se jyada plot khali pade hai...aur security bilkul bhi nahi.....nal tonti tak chor le jaye...

      YEIDA mai already gir gaye hai..property listed at 1.9- 2 cr since 2 months 300 sq mtr no resale.. not researched on greater Noida but i know it will real estae overall as its liquidity crises with NRIs coming back to india , Job losses happening..and real estate is a High Loan asset ..jaise hi sentiment bigda khatam..

      @@Abcagra last one month mai jo property 2.80 cr thi aaj 3.25 cr bol rahe hain....YEIDA mai bhi girne se pahle ek baar shor machaya tha ki 2.5 cr ho gye...waisa hi lag raha hai ki antim saans lene se phle Diya phad phda raha hai......kabhi ghoom ke dekho yaha ke sectors...Khali pade hai...10 ki line mai ek ghar bana hai ...rental value bhi kuch nahi itna lagake

    Absolutely for plots in good sectors and locations,builder floors in good locations,affordable,smaller to normal size flats with good brand,price will stay same with chances to rise as focus will shift to value for money from these ultra luxury big flats..

    Builders Controlling supply to increase rates and also using shrinkflation to fool buyers. Buyers should wait for some time to reduce the demand to bring down the price

      Nothing comes for free. In those Survey, people click on wrong answers to serve their own purpose. These survey results are sold for a price, artificial demand is created, builder gets fooled and launches bigger ultra luxary projects. They are bound to fail😂
