Both shapoorji sec102 and hero homes sec104 are worst in terms of density in project. Never seems such conjusted projects. Really surprised how some youtubers promote them. These should not command more than 7-8k psft (similar to affordable) in today's market. These youtubers are making big fools of buyers.
