A doctor who doesn't shame people for buying cheap products? Accessibility? Understanding? We stan.
She doesn't ..its great
I've never had a derm recommend expensive skincare. Eucerin, Cerave, Cetaphil, and Aveeno are their most recommended products.
I don't think any dermatologist recommends expensive skincare on purpose. I go to the most high end dermatologist in my city and while her fee is relatively very high, the products she recommends are never too expensive and some are literally cheap.
I forwarded this to many people. You’re great.
Thanks ❤️
It's funny, because many of the things that are sold for $1.25 at Dollar Tree are sometimes sold on Amazon for more than three times that price.
Yeah, that’s not a coincidence! People will buy things at the dollar tree and then up sell it on Amazon and eBay.
@@everevelyn1094 I need to start making money lol.
Walmart also! Love coming home, feeling guilty for spending 80 at the dollar tree and then looking up prices for things and seeing that they were much more expensive elsewhere.
@@mulliganstew72 LMAO! I do the same thing! Then tell my husband…”Look how much money I saved!” 😂
The bolero products are so high on Amazon last time I checked. I can't find the avocado eye cream at the dollar tree anymore and I loved it. I looked for it online about a year ago and they wanted way too much for it. I just keep hoping I run across it again.
This is why I love Dr Dray!!! She goes to stores that normal people go to. Not just stores that her rich clientele can afford. Thank you, Dr Dray!!! ❤. I wish my DT had the Freeman brand
Is it just me or is Dr. Dray the no BS loving older sister we all needed growing up?
She's fun.
Or younger sister, or daughter
She’s my younger sister.
As someone who works at Dollar Tree I'm always excited to see your shop along videos here 🤗
I love it when you go to the Dollar Tree.I’m always looking for a discount item that is good quality!😊
thanks for watching
I found a really great quality item at the Dollar Tree. It's a hyaluronic acid serum that is unscented and great for sensitive skin. Its made by ABI . I looked it up online when I got home and it sells for $12 at beauty supply stores. It helps to moisturize my skin and make it a lot smoother. I have been using it for a while now and it has really improved how my skin feels in the surface and its helped it to be more moisturized. I use a Neutrogena moisturizer after that also contains hyaluronic acid , but the two combined have made my skin so much better than it was before. I highly recommend this serum. 😘
@marciwhitman3513 omgoah girl I got that serum and the cream. That stuff is awesome I'm on my third jar and bottle. Love it so much.
In my best flailing Kermit the Frog impression *_"YAAAAAAAAY~"_* 💓 Dollar Tree is my favorite store you take us to!!!! Thanks Andrea!!!
thanks for watching

Dr. Dray, you are the absolute best. I always skip over skin care products at DT because I don't think any of them will be good. You have shown that there are a few gems there. Thank you!
Dr.Dray pulls out a package of Velveeta Cheese 🧀 “Oh is this a face mask? “ 😮😂🤣😂 I live for Dr.Dray’s dry humor. ❤
Omg, Salon Selectives! Haven't heard that name in years! Now that's a throwback. 😅
It would be great if you could provide a list of the 'nope' ingredients, as well as the helpful ones. Thank you for what you do.
Fragrance and flavor are common ones she says avoid in beauty products…
I had my first episode of hand eczema in the 1960’s. The dermatologist gave me prescription cortisone cream, recommended using the clear “pure” soaps. Neutragena had one, pears. Also did a series of sun lamp treatments.
I’ve used the Dermasil face wash and I actually love it. I use an electric face scrubber and when you activate the cream with water it foams up leaving your skin so soft and clean. I’m hoping they bring it back in stock at my dollar trees.
Imagine strolling thru the Dollar Tree and seeing Dr making a video...
Those glasses are very flattering and pretty on you ✨
As a frequent shopper at Dollar Tree, I appreciate any tips for their products. I will say, even though I don't buy skin care from them normally, I have found a few things here and there that I liked. I have tried their hair masks and like them. Thanks so much, Dr Dray! Happy Wednesday! Hope you have a relaxing evening. ❤
Happy Wednesday!
i have been very much enjoying your videos, even your conversations at night talking about exams and school. Very helpful as a medical student atm trying to find my way! So thank you!!
I swear by the multivitamin serum whenever I see it in there I pretty much clear the shelf!
The guy walking behind Dr Dray has no idea she is not a crazy lady talking to herself but rather UA-cam royalty with millions of subscribers 🤣.
Just came here to say that you have been looking so vibrant, healthy, and beautiful in your past few videos. Thanks for making videos for us skincare junkies!
Cute glasses. Love low cost skin care. ❤
thanks!
Dr. Dray looks so pretty in this video. So natural and alive looking. I can't put my finger on it. But, brava!
I love when you take us to the dollar tree!!🥰
Love that you go to stores that everyone can afford, not just the rich !! Love your videos have been watching for quite a while and I have learned so much❤
The DOI serum broke me out ( and I'm 56) but the Global Beauty vitamin serum was wonderful and took my skin from being ashy to softened and smooth! Loved it so much!
I love the global beauty serums.
You took me back with the reference to the Dove soap commercials. "One quarter cleansing cream.." I had to Google some old (1957 and 1970) commercials. Heading to Dollar 25 Tree tomorrow. And yes, I used to love Pears (I was into old timey things and I loved the see through quality.)
A shop with Dr. Dray day- hooray! I needed this today- chemo day for our doggie, 💜💜💜
Hope your doggie is doing well.💕
hope it goes well
All the best to you and your pooch 💕

I used to be embarrassed shopping at DT, but now I’m heading over to my local DT for these finds 😂
DT is great!
Why? They have great finds! No need to be embarrassed!
Ive never been embarrassed to shop anywhere.
Yea, who’s going to judge you or why? Whoever sees you is also there lol!
They have great finds for stuff like bowls, glasses , and other home items
Just look at the ingredients! Some dollar tree items are so surprisingly clean!
Thank you so much for another terrific video, Dr Dray. I have never had a problem with buying personal care items from budget shops and brands...I just do my research, read labels, and listen to dermatologists and people who listen to dermatologists.
Thank you for all the tidbits of amazing info that you add throughout your videos. The bit about hard water + scalp buildup & acne, possibly leading to eczema, is new to me but makes perfect sense! I’m here for all the good info!
can you review more of the global beauty products? the collagen serum, the hyaluronic mask, etc.
That beard trimming cape would work great if you trim your own hair in front of the bathroom mirror like I do. I'm totally going to look for that.
I love those glasses on you Dr.Dray!!
Oh, I love the Super Smooth Shave! I use the raspberry scent. I actually like it better than the EOS brand and it’s way cheaper! 5.99 for the EOS vs 1.25 for the DT version. I have been allergic to several name-brand shave gels/creams. I have had no allergic reactions to the DT shave cream.
Pears Soap is the only cleanser I use on my “lady parts”- it’s the only soap that is not irritating for me in that area. Been using it for years. Dollar Tree is the only place I can find it. I always pick up about five bars whenever I’m at Dollar Tree.
Pears soap is lovely on the face. Gentle and soothing. Readily available in Canada🇨🇦.
It has fragrance though 😞
@@21972012145525 true, a slight fragrance, but it has never bothered me.
That beard cape was featured on Shark Tank….see lots of items (knock offs probably) featured at the Dollar Tree. Many of those not a company but a product that isn’t worth their investment.
The first video of yours I ever watched was a Dollar Tree video. It warms my heart to see you do a shop with me video.
Me too!!!
God Bless 🙏🏻😇
I really like the diabetic cream from dollar tree. Being that it's very rich and frangance free. But I really like the change to the tube now. It used to be in a pumpless bottle and I couldn't get the product out lol.
I really love your glasses!
thanks!
Thank you dr dray ❤ this helped me cope with my severe anxiety, I had wisdom teeth removed 5 days ago and still experiencing much pain. I can’t eat or talk I was scared and worried of infection and every possible problem I could think of. But now your video relaxed me :)
@scraps_4500: Dr D just has such a wonderful and real quality; like talking to your best friend. Her videos are all very relaxing; esp in this current time of increased stress. ❤️
The Dollar Tree in my neighborhood has Aquation products now. I tried the 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and I really like it.
i love aquation
Wow! I hope to find Aquation at my dt! Gotta remember to look next time I’m there! I know my Walmart started carrying it but it’s definitely not 1.25!
I have one of those electric foot files. Worth every penny. I had terribly crusty heels. I had to do it in multiple sittings but it all came right off, without pain (I have CRPS, so very sensitive feet). I remember paying €9 for it on sale in my Aldi (dupe of the big brand that does it of course). It's very nice!
I love my Pears glycerin soap bar! I've been using this for years as my 2nd cleanse at night. I haven't tried the micellar waters but I do like micellar water as a first cleanse followed by the Pears. This is my nightly routine. I do then go in with a super emollient face cream like Cera Ve. Also been using vaseline with socks on my feet since childhood. Works like a charm. If you can stand it, get some cotton gloves, like the white Maitre'D gloves and use it on your hands, or just clean cotton tube socks. Chef's Kiss. Super soft skin!
I've been using moisturizing "mittens" that I got on Amazon. They're much better than the gloves as your cream/ointment is not rubbed off while putting them on like with the gloves.
The global beauty care multi vitamin serum with vitamins B, C, E and niacinamide has been great for my skin. Ive been using it for 20 days. My skin feels so nice, soft, it looks smoother and it's evening out my color. My aunt and my mom saw my skin and wanted some for themselves. My skin is really oily in places with a few dry patches. This is my miracle product.
Love them
Whenever you say, "Get excited", I get excited fo' sho', lol, I love your "Come along with me" videos.
I started using the shampoo brush yesterday after your scalp video and wow! I really needed that. My scalp isn’t itchy for the first time ever, honestly! I wasn’t getting enough product off my scalp before I believe!
I use that light blue and white small cream in a box and the serum and I love it! Stocked up and it works fabulous! No allergy issues for me! Just younger looking skin!
Is that the serum made by abi?
That stuff is amazing I'm on my third set.
@@marciwhitman3513yes its amazing
Dollar Tree is the Bomb!💯
Those glasses are soooo cute on you!
You always have useful advice on products that range from high-end to affordable. I have many dupes from $ Tree that you have mentioned. TY. Looking forward to your Advent surprise daily gift again if you choose to feature one this year.
I personally use thr glycerin soap Pears for cleaning my makeup sponges!!!
I was so desperate I started using mayonnaise on my hair as a mask. Has helped. Love the Pears soap.
It has eggs!
Our baby sitter used to use that home remedy on her hair….the major key was to apply to dry hair, cover in a “bread bag” and apply shampoo directly to wash out…then rinse. Keep water out of the treatment until the very end or you’ll never be able to get the grease out of your hair.
Yay another shop with me video have a nice day Dr Dray❤
Morning!
As for Vitamin E Capsules. I once was bitten by a small dog. We put that on my bruised arm & it healed nicely. I speak from experience and not just some study. As for calluses on feet, please advise people to wear socks / Nylon stockings with their shoes. Just because something is a trend that someone started, it doesn’t mean that it’s the correct thing to do. Plus, you ruin your shoes when you don’t wear anything on your feet before you put them on. I’ve gotten blisters on my Achilles heal from canvas shoes in the past.
I purchased the pears blue soap at a grocery outlet store and we liked it. As a teenager I used the original Pears soap.
Thank you for always educating us!🥰
thanks for watching
Dermasil acne wash is nice. It doesn't have harsh surfactants and doesn't leave the skin stripped of oil. I feel it prevents my spots (I don't know what ingredients do that exactly). I'm currently on my second tube, and always get one for the future. I recommend.
You look so cute in that top and glasses combo. Good Look!
Trust me Dr. Dray…. When going through menopause… anything cooling that helps…. We don’t care if it dries our skin out! 😅…. Lol

I've sworn by using a shampoo brush for years! I suffer from dandruff, and it really does help prevent scalp buildup, not to mention how relaxing it is. Also, a showerhead filter has been an absolute game changer for me, since moving to Colorado where the water is sooo much harder than back in Maryland.
Is there a brand of shower head you’d recommend? The only one I’ve found that can actually soften the water is pretty pricey. Unlike chlorine you can’t really filter out minerals in my experience or to my knowledge. But if you’ve had success I’m all ears!
Scammer alert
@@mariafarber7133 what?
@@emkn1479I always just use any shower head that is cheap and detachable... But the filter I've been using is just the cheapest one I found at Home Depot (which goes behind the actual shower head and has no effect on your preferred style of shower head)
@@emkn1479 I believe the brand of filter was "Sprite," but I don't see any obvious branding on the actual hardware, now that I'm looking at it (and don't have the packaging anymore). It was LITERALLY the cheapest shower filter that Home Depot offered. It's been about 4-5 months since I bought it, and though it still makes a noticeable difference, it definitely needs replacing soon... But $20 every 4-6 months is nothing in the grand sceme of things, considering the difference I've noticed!
These glasses look so so good on you!
Thank you for your videos! I just discovered you during the night when I should have been sleeping! 😬.. I was looking for a video about natural deodorants.. hence sending it back as it burned my arm pits right out of the gate!

Thank you so much! Going to try these products. Dr Dray you look fantastic too! love those glasses!!
Use one of those scalp brushes with my Trader Joe’s peppermint and tea tree shampoo bar. No build up and my psoriasis is under control.
After showering before bed, I use Eucerin Roughness relief, and seal it in with CeraVe healing ointment, then put socks on. My feet are so smooth and hydrated.
Do you use the eucerin roughness relief that comes in the pump? Do you use it on your face?
@@21972012145525 I avoid pumps because I can never get all the product out, so buy it in a tub. My other favorite Eucerin product is ‘Intensive Repair’, but it only come in a pump container. I’ve used both on my face out of curiosity, and enjoyed them.
@@LizbetPCB thanks! I want to use the intensive repair lotion one on my face and body but wondering if it’s too harsh. I know it has urea and Shea butter.
I’ve used the advanced repair one in the past and for me it does sting and burn initially until it healed my skin barrier. I didn’t repurchase because I’m not good about using sunscreen so I didn’t want to keep using an aha on my face without skin protection
Omg yes Rave!!! I used that horrible hairspray in high school lol!!! Full of alcohol to dry out the hair 😅I was wondering about that diabetic foot cream… I saw it at my dollar tree today. Thanks for the video!
I used pears soap, the original scent back in the 70's and 80's when it was still made in England...sometime later, I bought some that smelled way different...it's now made in India and definitely not the same formula 🤔🤷♀️
I have used Dove sensitive bar soap for ages.
Produts i buy at dollar store: charcol tooth paste fluoride free, body washer, retinol for skim.. i love it
Something else that can irritate your hands is antibacterial soap like my doctor had told me a long time ago not all bacteria is bad just soap and hot water 🤗rinse and dry.
I just put a sock over my eyes and use that as an eye mask lol
👍
LOL! You are a frugal genius lol. My name is Heather, too!
@@corninyourpoop aw hey Heather, and haha I know. It encourages me to sleep on my back too so that the sock stays in place!
Yassss im not the only one 😂😂😂😂
God I can imagine what my brows would look like with that!. It's because I toss and turn so much (Fibro fun!!!) even with satin and silk masks I tend to grind my eyebrow down. I've got quite a bald patch at the moment heading into summer getting hotter so I'm really writhing around more than usual. What I like about Dr. Wray, is that she whilst she is not a beauty by any means and is rather plain actually.. she helps all of us to find products that contribute to our own beauty. She is amazing . Thank you , Dr. Wray!
Girl, why do you have to put down another woman but criticizing her looks??? Don't you have any consideration for how that will affect her psychologically??? How would you feel if someone said that either you or your daughter if you have one, is "not a beauty"? That hurts. You need to be more considerate of your words.
