  • ♥ In today's video, I share a lesson learned from going through puppy rehab these past few weeks. Why are some habits sooo easy to form overnight and why can we never seem to stick to others? What are we thinking when a new habit is non-negotiable, like puppy rehab or quitting smoking when you're pregnant and what are we thinking when we want to start working out or drinking enough water?
    Our thoughts are the difference between success and failure. Not because of some vague kind of "mindset matters" but because our thoughts become the reality we live in. We design our truth by the thoughts we think. So we better pick our thoughts with care based on the end results we desire.
