Tons of possible errors and varieties. There were a few circulated rolls in the box. Plenty of Finds!!!

I found that DDR on the 'C'.... AMAZING
I have one that has a 'line' through her face...
13:41 on the CAC, if you look closer it looks like a gear mark. I have one that has 3 of those gear looking marks, 1. above 2nd E in Eleanor. 2. through the R in Eleanor down to the T in Roosevelt. 3. in between the H and T in Rights down to the E PLURIBUS

Do you mean a mark made by an actual gear, or part of another coin design stamped in there?
@@maxf7351 I think it’s just mint damage. Just wasn’t fully stamped and left a little trail of metal.
The quarter @ 13min is damaged. That mark was caused by the reeded edge from another coin making contact. Cool video. I liked getting an up close look at the E. Roosevelt's. Nice work!! 🤙🏼
Just different from the other coins. These planchettes were beat up. What did you think about the “ C “ on the reverse?

It’s an Elikliv 10” scope. I found it on Amazon for $123. Really good quality. Plus it take photos and video. Comes with a 32GB memory stick.

Have one with a planchet crack that runs from the base of the scales to the CAC filled in under the clad and around the last R in Dollar.

The wording in the reverse of these coins are incuse. So pressed into the coin and not raised. So any dings or scratches won’t show up down into the lettering.

My eyeballs are glistening from all the luster I just looked at. Gonna see stars on the roof tonight before I pass out!
The problem with this coins the letters are indent in the coin. And scratches can be tricky the same with MD. In my opinion.
True, I try scoping them in different angles. Tons of scratches though
ive been waiting for Edith Kanak Ole coins because i have hundreds and i know ive got some good errors.

That is not a strikethrough it is a scratch the lettering on the woman's quarters is INCUSE in the coin so that if scratched will appear to be going through the device but it is NOT it's just not going into the device. and that's not doubling as it comes out of the coin the die is vibrating/shifts causing it to cut into the coin at a shallower depth than the full strick
i have an uncirculated roll i just opened and found 8 coins that have an extra feather on her hat.havent seen any more other than those in this role
That’s a new one to me too!! Make sure to store them in a nice location and keep checking for varieties to come. You could have a nice error worth $25!
They must be making the majority of new coins with errors and hardly any perfect ones to discourage collecting. 🤔
It’s tough collecting for sure. I like getting all the new coins as best as possible and saving them. Definitely tough with the planchette damages. Thanks for jumping in! Have a Happy Halloween!

Think I have one cracked planchette. Line from base of scales goes under RS and A and of to the C in CAC.
That would be an awesome find! Does it look raised or is it dug into the planchette?
I mean with the errors its fine since very few people watch closely

I have a roll of these and there's a lot of errors in them, are the non-errors going to be worth more then the errors because there are fewer of them ? LOL
I think they are worth a quarter on the non error ones! Haha
Now if you can hit a 67+ grade on them, there worth $35 on up
found a coin with mark lower inner rim underneath the quote on the buttom
That georgia quarter with the silver rim did you get any info on that by chance? I found 2 but cant find any info. Also i see alot on the roosevelt with cracked hat any ideas on that?
The Georgia coins are probably from a collection set. They usually come with a few other quarters that have the silver rim. Cool finds for sure. The cracked hats I haven’t seen much of. Different states get the Denver minted coins. Errors can only be known per state. Here in Denver I don’t find some of the errors that might be found in the Kansas area.
Ive got a 2023 P Eleanor Roosevelt with a cud on her left eyebrow that looks like a mole and double stamped in the United States of America on the reverse
The Philadelphia minted coins are more prone to have errors. But..if you have double, you could definitely have a new DDR! ( Double Die Reverse ) There’s been quite a few new varieties with those quarters. Some are worth quite a few bucks. The cud would be a really cool find.

@ 2:04 you can clearly see the A in the end of AMERICA is a DOUBLE DIE. Very strong separation. Not only that, there is clear separation in the whole word of AMERICA.

I see a lot of doubling on these 2023 and 2022 quarters. I stopped paying attention to them because this other coin channel said all those doubling features are a natural part of the design feature. So unless it's very pronounced, I don't pay any attention. After watching this video, I don't believe it's a design feature .... they really are effing up all these coins.
People need to hang on to them.
They may not be worth much today ... but in the future who knows.
They'll be known as the Biden erra coins as everything Woke culture touches turns into cow pies.
I have one with an RPM Denver mint. Not as spectacular as your Double Die "C"

That’s a good eye!! It’s possible. Were the globe lines merge. Kinda laps on top of each other.

They are tough. Possible that I got the only bad box..! Philly coins should have some errors.
Are these quaters bigger than the old ones??
I think they’re the same size. But some of the reeding on the edge of the coin could be a bit wider. Just by a couple hairs wider.
What kind of coin microscope are you using?
It is a 10” Elikliv microscope. You may get lucky in the next few weeks to get one cheap. I bought mine on Amazon when they had a discount on scopes.

I just found one with major errors. Idk how rare it is?
The new 2023 D quarters are still working there way into circulation. Make sure to flip the coin up and hold onto it. Will know a lot more information in the next few months. The good errors will start hitting EBay and other sites.

I have a 2023 Eleanor Roosevelt quarter that is upside when you flip it to the other side, does anyone have any idea of what it's worth?
If you set the face of the quarter upright. Then flip the face to the left, and the reverse is facing the same way…you have a rotated die. That would be a really cool error. I haven’t seen one for the Eleanor quarter.
