I have changed many electronics assemblies on Milwaukee tools. Do they sell just that switch only on some models? I have never seen that. It is always a waste to have to change everything for only a broken switch.
Mine is different. The part number is the same but has a five conducter flat wire the 2 seprate wires black and red solderd to the bottom of the switch. Impact looks the same vut number gdx18v 1800c.
Do they still have an unsecured plastic cover on the back of the gear/impacting mechanism housing, wires damaged from assembly and horrible amateur soldering in lieu of stakons?
@dean Doherty When is bosch going to realease an impact that lasts more than a year on my 3rd one of these as chuck keeps failing older version is definitely better but the motors are to weak and end up overheating. Definitely Bosch's weakest tool in the line up.
Jesus look at the packaging that switch came in 😮 it could have been sent in a match box lol
thank you....turkey-turkish ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great video can you do a video on how to get a 25ml bit out of the chuck😢

The locking sleeve won't release the bit any more. Any advice on how to get the bit out? Thanks
Acabei de comprar uma. Tomara que não aconteça nada comigo dos problemas relatados!😮😮😮
Hi, what do you think about ProCore batteries from Bosch?
About where do you rank in the top of the cordless tools?
Hello Dean! Where did you find the switch for this Bosch impact?

That is newer mode, not same repair like this one..Dean explained in another video..
I see Milwaukee took your advice ( put a battery damper on the new 1/2 impact)
