But these officer could be better and worthy in the future, but whatever training is being done in Houston....it's horrible. The video shown here is church security cameras, only It appears that the officers were located in the connecting hallway to the upper right. At about the 1:54 mark, you can see 3 bullets striking the wall behind the woman.
Not a valid statement. The mother could have shot her son with him looking right at her. Likewise, the boy could have been turned away from the HPD officer when he was shot. A more definitive indication of who fired the shots would be whether or not there is gun shot residue in or on the boy's wounds. GSR present: his mother shot him. No GSR: the weapon was further away.
