Best ghost miniature there is and usable for many RPGs! There was another gorgon the size and style of pathfinder's, the 2007 Unhallowed. I like the D&D gorgons which has nothing to do the real greek gorgons but metal bulls are the best constructs. This one in this set is the best gorgon ever, I desperatly need it,
Dunno if Hit Point Press reads your comment section, but my animated deck of illusions hit the tale at my last game, and it was a huge hit... I'm pretty sure a card was pulled just to see the animation. I wouldn't know about them if it wasn't for you guys!
The alphabetical release system seems like fun. Themed sets might be more useful. Both release systems are ok. (I say this as a person who doesn't play the game or collect the minis. However, I would be most likely to collect the minis to make dioramas. I really enjoy the dioramas at the end of the videos.)
G without GNOLL??? OUTRAGE! All jokes aside, the gorgon is the only one to give me pause: I am kind of a sticker for scale and I would like to know if the Pathfinder one (and the wizkid unpainted one) is the correct one or the other is. Kind of like with the humongous old werewolf lord being on a large base yet being as tall as some huge size minis. I know, it's a very non-problem, but I'm still bothered.
Wizkids seem to constantly put out models that are “too large” for the game scale, and it annoys me in a way that it shouldn’t. It’s quite hard, with constant scale creep, to find monster models the right size these days.
My geusses before watching the video: Griffin Hell Hound Incubus Jabberwoki I'm not familiar with all the D&D monsters or the Monster Manual. I really enjoyed the novels from the 80s and onward.
The Ghoul, Harpy and imp are pretty lame at that price point. Secondary market I might want to grab the Ghost and the Gorgon because they are really nice. Great vid as always Theo.
Ghouls NEVER go to olive gardens as that resteraunt chain no longer serves ANYTHING with actual meat in it. All the minis look nice except for the ghoul and harpy.
i'm loving these classic monsters collections, but yes, i agree that they'd be more appealing to me if they were collected by theme rather than alphabetically. Also, we could have done without the hippocampus and had a different, more useable creature instead.

The Ghost and Gorgon are really well done
That gorgon is gorgeous!
Definitely some of the better versions of these creatures in the Wizkids line! Great video as always, guys! :D
There's a more recent Gorgan mini in the Critical Role, the Miskath Gorgan in MONSTERS OF TAL'DOREI - SET 1
Good call!

3:45 The wings get in the way.
Some good figures- Hippocampus ,Griffin ,Hellhound .
A great Ghost an ok Imp and Harpy but the Ghoul really lets this pack down
Nothing in the box started with "J". Shouldn't it have been G through I?

OOps looks like links are auto deleted. Gorgons in DND seem to be based on the Tauroi Khalkeoi, the Bronze Bulls.

Hey, I got 1.5 of them. (griffin and hell hound is close to hell dog)
No "J"s at all?
I should get 10 points for at least trying!
I really like the ghost but $10 a mini is a little steep
Your jokes always remind me to hit the like button.
Love that ghost . I used to draw that on my PEE-CHEE folders in HS . great set \,,/

Not gonna lie, kinda wish that there was a gnoll in this set.
😒
If they’re basing them off the original monster manual art, the original illustration poses . . . weren’t great.

Worst Ghoul EVER! This set is better than the earlier ones but still... meh.
