#ukdashcam #ukcarcrashes #baddrivers #drivingfails
No.5, you created that incident.
#5 , never will understand why anyone would fly onto a roundabout next to any car or van and not expect people to change lanes without looking indicating ect , just hold back, seriously people are going onto roundabouts like it's whacky races!.,🤦♂️🤷♂️
Especially when the guy had 10 seconds previously already sliced across another lane with no apparent observation or indication, the last thing I'd want to do is slip up the inside lane! I wonder if there will be any viewers who didn't see this coming a mile off...
@@MrBinabanana it's almost like people drive by braille these days, probably explains why they crash into each other. 🤦♂️🤷♂️
❤❤The white van filming was in the wrong in the first instance for undertaking- especially in a roundabout.
#13 lots of people are concerned about the baby on its own in the pushchair but please don't worry, I live in the village & I can explain. Both parents work long hours so they put him out on a morning at 6.30am and pick him up when they return home at 7pm. They make sure he has a warm blanket and a full bottle and he loves watching the world go by. It's far better than him being at home on his own all day and the fresh air does him good. They always check that the brake's on so there's no chance of him rolling into the road.
Thank god for that I was worried for a minute then 😂
1:43 ah yes great idea! Go drive alongside and try to pass a vehicle whose lane discipline is atrocious. Don’t drive like that and these idiots won’t cause you problems.
His own lame discipline is just as bad as he is speeding to get into his blindspot. Terrible driving
24:10 And everybody *did* clap! Well done to the coach driver and the coach engineers for putting suitable discs and pads / air brakes into the coach's design specification! Good on the lorry driver in lane 1 for giving the coach a possible escape route.
Jesus #5, the white van is driving like a complete choad, so why would you get anywhere near it?
Cammer was complete moron. Why would he put himself in that position?
Because he's not much better himself?
Because the cammer was an incompetent driver?
@@type17 I agree, his behaviour after showed just what a knob head the cammer really was.
@@type17 They were both awful for sure!
5:18 so we not gonna talk about the baby just left on its on lmao
Came here to see if anyone else noticed 😂 had to rewind a few times 👀😳
2:55 You can here the Sprinter's ABS kicking in
That idiot on the phone #54 talk about panicking rabbit in the headlights LMAO!
#16 has be cackling! He sounds more embarrassed at being caught singing than the near miss (which was his fault for going too fast towards a blind corner)
#109 51:55 - You didnt have room, for the speed you were going other road users would have had to slow down more than they needed to, to accomodate you and a space for you. You would have had to push in. You're a helmet.
#47 OK the lorry driver left it too late to enter the exit lane and should have gone on to the next exit. But come on, how difficult would it be to have given them the space to exit.
The obstinate driver refusing to the let the lorry exit clearly doesn’t believe in courteous driving, to me they are equally being irresponsible. Less obstinacy and a bit more of courtesy doesn’t harm anyone.
#66 Whoever wrote that statement is as dense as the flatbed driver. The car was already on the roundabout before the flatbed was anywhere near it (you can see it at 31:17 on the left). Therefore the flatbed should have slowed and waited. The car is doing a full loop of the roundabout and going back the way that they came.
The give way to the right rule does NOT give cars with supposed priority the right to steam onto a roundabout if there are already cars on the roundabout.
14:21 Sounds as if someone was taught a well-needed lesson.
So someone makes an innocent mistake and you think it's appropriate they get injured? You are the sort of person who should NEVER have a license.
@@khalidacosta7133 A lesson that may well save her life. Don't be so wet.
Pretty sure at least 50% of issues can be removed if people stop undertaking or overtaking at pace on roundabouts.
I think what’s more important is that whose baby is that left there unattended?😐 5:17
5:18 Ehrm… where is the parent?
I was wondering myself!
yeah why the baby just there
The truck turning left video. I remember my driving instructor testing me several times on lorries swinging right to turn left. Car was an idiot.
40:10 those jamaican mate lol🤣 50:33 you got him angry mon
#6 I could swear that this is from the year 2000!
52:25 Vid 109, Where exactly would you have gone trying to overtake a solid run of traffic? The HGV stopped you from overtaking where there was no space to merge back into traffic. The only way you could have merged back in is if you had completely cut up the HGV that stopped you. Gees!
I completely agree with what you've said but in all fairness, the truck driver should really have hugged the centre line a couple of seconds earlier,
66 (31:15) - Looks to me like the Corsa was already in the roundabout when the flatbed lorry driver entered the roundabout, couldn't be clearer, flatbed fault.
Another fantastic video u look like u really enjoying yourself ❤
32:01 Red van certainly did get CA08 HMD - CAHMD - CAMMED - Dash cam (not a word I know, but still had a chuckle) :)
#82 Yes the HGV should not have done it, but wher were the cammers brain cells. Safer to use your brakes to get yourself out of trouble, instead of the horn in the hope that the HGV will let you past.
#41 As soon as that car started doing laps it was obvious what they were up to... shocked the boys didn't notice!
Video 19 - that black Astra I think, was travelling well over the limit.
Why on earth was there just a random baby in a pushchair at 5:25?
I had the same thought
It used to be custom that if you had a baby and didn't want it that you'd leave it outside the church to be discovered - hence the term "Foundling Child"
@@Trek001 outside the church door, not on the pavement no where near the building.
#75 You ARE allowed to enter a yellow box-junction if your exit is blocked by oncoming traffic.
Highway Code rule 174
In this case, the yellow box is only on one side of the road and intended to keep the side closest to camera clear of traffic.
The part of the rule you cite is when the yellow box covers both sides of the road and you cannot complete a right turn due to oncoming traffic or other right turning vehicles in front of you. There's a diagram on the website showing this more clearly.
It does not state you can turn right against oncoming traffic then stop causing that traffic to take evasive measures (or not in this case) because a bike stopped half out of their junction and started dithering.
The bike, the car, and the pick-up all had a hand in this one and I would say not one was fully to blame. For want of a nail and all that.
2:30 RIP Steve Wright...
#5 cammer is the idiot here for trying to undertake!
5:18 LOL who’s baby is that 😂
It's a new cash strapped council traffic calming scheme. To be fair they did give him/her/they/them/it a lollipop.
#79 it's funny, you see "HGV driver forces his way through", but I see "VW driver carefully and sensibly holds back to give the HGV a chance to get round". The HGV had to come at some point, the less time he spends stuck on the corner the safer it is for everyone. Kudos to the VW driver for doing the right thing and giving him room.
At 11:32, we should all have a bit more consideration for the drivers of large vehicles, if they don`t take the opportunity when it is there they could sit there for ages before anyone will let them onto the roundabout.
Did anyone else notice the baby on their own in a buggy in #13?!!
#108 good advert for Stephen Lawrence Ltd
At 1:36, I wouldn't have tried to undertake that van, to me it always looked like he was going to cut you up, not your fault but an accident could have happened and you could have easily avoided it.
It was his fault for undertaking its a dangerous driving offence😁😁
@@sonnyday6210 Passing on the left approaching traffic lights, is not classed as undertaking, it is passing and the van driver was not indicating to change lanes, he obviously did not check his mirrors. Undertaking is not an offence, there is no law against it, it can be classed as dangerous or careless driving but that depends on when the undertake was done.
13... Is that baby just by itself in the pushchair?
109 where exactly where you going to squeeze in infront of that lorry?
At 31:26 as the car entered the roundabout it was clear to do so had it gone left or right but, it did a U which makes the Transit at fault as..the vehicle turning down the road to the Transit Driver's Left was clearly on the roundabout before the Transit arrived & as Give way to the right, is the rule, the car was on the Transit's right seconds before the accident..or unwritten rule of the road...Always expect the Unexpected !!
I do not understand people who do these types of stupid things on the road, especially when your companies contact details are plastered all over your vehicle.
I swear the driver in #52 is Cain Dingle
#11 when was this filmed? Mobile phone from the 90s lol
The scariest were #17 & #18 - deliberately taking risks with other people's lives.
I like how everyone is more concerned about the baby than the harvester choosing a bad village route to the farm. They may yet be some hope for humanity. That being said, it used to be very normal to leave children in pushchairs outside shops etc... I believe this is how my great aunt almost lost track of a child (she forgot how many children she had at the time)
55# Sometimes it's better not to put yourself in danger by riding right next to a dangerous phone user. You could have startled him enough to swerve into you. Please be safe.
5:15.. anyone else see a baby in a pushchair, alone on the pavement on the left with no adults or parents anywhere in sight.. wtf!
My grandad was hit by and unmarked police car in a similar situation and they denied responsibility
#51 Very impressive stop.
4:47 blue light nutters, they have to slow down and LOOK to see if it is safe
Daryll Kirley. You keep on singing, (especially Elvis) ,more people need to sing while driving and the world would be a better place. :o)
At 1:32, he's driving recklessly why would you drive alongside?
At 2:51 indicates right, then swings out on the left with no indicators. Cam driver at fault.
On a main road you are supposed to keep as much open space for oncoming traffic if you have to cross. I could hear an indicator. And wether or not he was indicating or not, he wasn't moving, so traffic from behind should come to a stop as well.
71 Bus doing that in front of a learner should loose his job if not his license for a while.
In Australia you are supposed to give way to the Vehicle ON the Roundabout. But most giveway to vehicles on the Right obviously they are already on the roundabout.
Can anyone tell me please where abouts clip 57:00 (#115) is at? It looks familiar 🤔
Sign says Royal Liverpool University Hospital.
9:22 Woooooooh!!! 🤣
You just got to hope, #46, gets prosecuted. That's horrendous driving.
Ofcourse no 5 is a foreigner driving like a nutter
#5 why were you trying to overtake a van on a roundabout?
At 8:39, that was a perfectly safe pass, it may not have been the full one and a half metres but it is not always easy to achieve that, as long as it is not at speed and safe, what does it matter?
43:45 #91 cammer clearly in the wrong
#98 wasnt indicating. You can hear him turn it on right before the crash.
At 3:23, the word is LOSE control, not LOOSE control, loose means not tight.
The police should hire the cyclist dude. All day on the road police officer on a bike.
22:11 I I kept you waitin', I would describe my performance on this episode as gdoxjsgwisocpgktbeuwoshhjdpshxidpsnwueixgixpswhsukwdb
the mini was at fault
#110 Poor van driving, but the Mini was much worse.
77# when a tesla driver says someones went fast past them it's saying something but when it's on roads 1.5 size of a lane it's get rid of license stuff
Some people just have a death wish it seems.
#107 Open top Merc, wearing a hi-viz ! Class ???
#75 the car wasn't at fault the cyclist clearly had a stop m/give way marking on the cycle lane.
Some people have zero defensive skills. Why would you start to undertake someone on a roundabout.
what is this person driving / riding in 1st video? seen him multiple times.. uncertain if they're just a troll as they keep finding themselves in bad situations!
#56 complaining about someone else whilst pulling off from being parked on double yellows. you can't write this stuff
I’ll be more of concerned of the baby in the pram left unattended @ 5:18..🤔
It was only for an hour whilst I plated candy crush, what's the problem?
35:34 the car shouldn't have let the cyclist go as it says give way on the floor for the cyclist.
Where’s the kids mum 5:15?????
#33, there should be a compulsory set of road standards for cyclist's before they are even allowed on the road, Insurance or some form of damage cover should be compulsory for bicycles as well. you ARE supposed to dismount a bike to cross a road even at a crossing.
#58 Sh*ting Peugeot
5:50 Why does the law allow ridiculously wide agri vehicles on the roads?
No escort, no special training required and the arrogance to block the roads.
If it doesn't fit in half the width of the road it should have a wide load escort.
Most agricultural vehicles travel no more than a mile or two between locations. Farmer probably lives in that village and has only one route between fields. How much do you think food would cost if they had to pay for escort vehicles?
Funny how BG65 EBC is taxed till June 24 but has not had MOT since November 22, No Insurance then either me thinks. Most of the Reg's checked have No Tax or MOT or both. Also AO59 PPZ no MOT or Tax, might explain why he ran??
Wow you are thorough. are you a cop or do you need to get out a bit more? (just kidding)
@Cookie6240 just a little nosey woman 🤣
@@lucyh9260 You can tax (ved) a vehicle without MOT if you have monthly payments, my car has not had an MOT since it was due in January but I can still get the VED due to monthly DD payments
Clip 13
Shouldn’t be taking equipment that doesn’t fit down there without someone to spot through tight gaps really
Every video we see the SAME on SAME things, so I guess something is wrong with the driving test? A vehicle driven badly is effectively a WEAPON.
That cyclist who thinks he is always right is exactly why they should be licensed and insured. I doubt he could pass any test. Maybe when a cyclist gets a dash cam they drive like dorks or maybe only dork cyclists get dash cams.
I think all sub-standard drivers should be forced to re-take the driving test until they get it right.. and if they can`t they should be banned for life! Remember patience is a superpower!
But they did take a test till they got it right. What'll happen is they'll take the test and go back to sub-standard driving. Like they done after the first test
How about blurring the reg plates of innocent drivers on these clips? You make it easy for criminals who clone plates by showing every car registration they come across
Knowing a number plate is really quite harmless.
Most of these videos are just ones that have been done before so why make an hour up of them
#17 how the hell did that guy get a driving license?
#52 they actually did something about that asshole? that's gotta be the exception that confirms the rule.
#54, #55 and #59 those people should lose their license on the spot - permanently.
52 should lose their licence as well, that collision was intentional on the part of the taxi driver.
So many people I speak to don't realise that they can be filmed by other drivers/cyclists and get points and a fine, I was running late the other day and a driver pulled out into my road and started doing about 37-40 in a 60 in front of me and then went 20 in new 20 limit (most people ignore the new 20s as council made blanket changes which are way too slow) so I overtook out of frustration but had to go right of a keep left bollard (empty road - no risk) but was worried they might have a dashcam.... as my overtake was a little too spirited... I went home and googled and turns out Thames Valley Police are one of like only 5 police forces in the UK that don't accept dashcam footage (don't have anything at all set up to receive it, and therefore state they don't accept it).. happy days
"UK Car crashes compilation" half over them don't involve a crash of any sort..
Tailgaters are morons, but it always shocks me how many people pay so much attention to their rear view mirrors. They need to be taken out of vehicles immediately. Ignore whats going on behind you, concentrate on the direction you are going. Turn your mirror up to the roof of the car, you don't need it and also it instantly cures the tailgater annoyance...
I agree that tailgaters are morons but I can think of several situations that could result in accident or death through your suggestion. I have a wide van with no rear windows and have rigged my rear-view camera to be permanently on screen because of numptys who get so close (moving or stationary) they cant be seen in side mirrors (and then suddenly re-appear or make a stupid move) which can also have their view obscured by cyclists, street furniture etc. I did this because I was once turning right having come to a full stop. There was nothing coming from ahead or behind as seen in my drivers side mirror and my left mirror couldn't see past a post box next to a tree. A young impatient twonk pulled out from the near-side side road behind the tree and decided to try to scoot around me as i turned. I noticed in that split second and braked hard but he committed to the move. side swiped me and shock kept his foot in as he ploughed into gardens on the other side of the road.
@@Cookie6240 If you try to take responsibility for the people behind you, you will never achieve that. I have vans with no rear view mirror and no cameras, never had a problem. I have had many near misses on my bike because drivers are not used to using their wing mirrors.
These cyclists who think they are the police can be really annoying.
What I see here is cammers with zero hazard perception, do not know how long to stay on the outside lane of a roundabout, and clearly forcing their ways along parked cars as the see cars coming in the opposite direction way past the start of the cars , maybe it’s just to get on channels like these to show how bad they are
#73 Pavement driver should instantly be banned from driving.
Bud driver needs sacking
#5 if you are posting your clips why overtake on a roundabout. did you not learn #6 looks to me like you cut the white van up?am I missing something here?
#35. Pedestrian had a crossing a few yards away so why not use it?
1 hour video is far too long. It becomes boring watching the same near misses/ occasional hits and I lose interest. 20-25 minutes twice as often please.
you know you can pause it and come back to it later?
You've already seen these videos in shorter compilations throughout the month. You're either senile or a goldfish.
Disagree
He(she) is to stupid to find the pause button 😁😁👍👍
it’s best of the month?? they do separate normal shorter videos
im sorry but if you're a cyclist just going around looking for drivers on their phones then please get a life. Yes they shouldn't be doing it but leave it to the police.
Maybe it's because there are about seven policemen in the whole country and most of them started last week and have only learned how to eat 🍩 🍩 thus far. People driving whilst on their phones should be treated as drunk drivers. At least the thought of being outed on YT might make them think twice so I would consider the cammer/cyclist to be a public servant.
At 1:34 ... should've just kept the distance , driving in a staggered formation where possible is much safer
Number 10 completely your fault as a cyclist
