I'm not a swearing woman but this house just is freaking amazing. First of all it's in Malibu, secondly you could literally sleep outside, thirdly that outdoor kitchen. I love the simplicity of the home as well as the flow. It's such a peaceful flowing home. It's like everything draws you out to the ocean. Beautiful! 🥰
This is absolutely stunning. It’s not too crazy and feels super liveable and has much more privacy than some of the other places. Another outstanding tour from the team
I’ve probably watched thousands of house tours and this is one of my favourites I’ve ever seen. The interior is so well thought out, beautifully balanced with the Mediterranean exterior and of course, those INCREDIBLE views!!
When I am in the mood for a house tour, Enes is my go-to every time. His tours are so unique, and high quality. Keep doing what you are doing, because I am truly excited for the future of this channel.
He's engaged with the people with him on the tour which makes it feel very intimate. We might not be there with him but he makes us feel like we are. Enes is the one property tour guide I would enjoy just hanging out with.
This one is an absolute knockout! Wouldn't it be fun to do follow-up videos once the homes are sold?! You could talk to the new owners, see what they have modified/saved, and learn what living in these mega homes is like. I'm always so interested to know who is purchasing estates like these.
Can't do follow ups for obvious reasons, PRIVACY!! Most of these homes by pple who would art and personal stuff in their homes. Would you want pple to come and tour your home after they have sold it to you? Lol its a no go the usual follow-ups are usually seasonal differences at an area I remember this mansion they toured in Summer and they went back winter. Most importantly if you have family living there you can have pple coming back and film for security reasons.

The minimalist concept of this home paired with the colour scheme….I’m in love 😻. The black is so gentle and strategically integrated it actually enhances the spaces 🤯. Even Enes matches the interior 😂The picturesque view is phenomenal , I really can’t get over the yard the placement of everything is so functional and utilises the space perfectly. The bathrooms are so aesthetically pleasing….. ugh I’m getting carried away but I can’t seem to stop 😂. This property just keeps giving, so many intricate details and pleasant surprises. I could pick apart these homes for hours. Beautiful 💯

Great tour, Great house! The second bedroom in the primary looks like a great snoring room. The bed next to the kitchen in the detached guest house is covered with a thing called "Bouclé"

So the door with the built in window inside is called a breeze port feature so it can be used for ventilating the space without the door being opened and may I say your show is amazing every week been watching since January 2020 never missed an episode

This isn't the one I've wanted you to tour but I love everything about this property I hope your next Malibu property tour is 32300 East Pacific Coast Highway. That property having steps going down to a secluded cove and then to the beach makes the traditional style property at the top of the cliff that much more great
