Ginseng is one of the highest priced plants in the world. Its root is use in traditional chinese medicine to bring a balance to your over all energy. There is a great appetite for this root through out the world.

You get people making claims for herbs and you try them and find them to be BS. But Ginseng is the real deal, gets you sharper than with coffee and more alert than with a nicotine, all at the same time. Am not married, but can believe what married men say when they say it is better than viagra. One tip Guys, avoid tea or coffee when taking Ginseng, and only use it two or three days a week.

I have dug ginseng with a dark red stalk and I have found some with a deep purple stalk. Then again I have also found it with just a plain white stalk. Don't know how or why, just that I have seen more than my share of ginseng.

you need to eat less grain and animal products such as meat. Some Taoist practice bigu which is eating not grain. eat far more dark leafy greens. medicine should only be used as a _last_ option!
