Ginseng is common in the cuisines and medicines of China and Korea. Ginseng is an herb that is rich in antioxidants. Research suggests that it may offer benefits for brain health, immune function, blood sugar control, and more.
Ginseng has been used in traditional medicine over centuries, though modern clinical research is inconclusive about its medical effectiveness.There is no substantial evidence that ginseng is effective for treating any medical condition.
Commercial ginseng is sold in over 35 countries, with China as the largest consumer. In 2013, global sales of ginseng exceeded $2 billion, of which half was produced by South Korea. In the early 21st century, 99% of the world's 80,000 tons of ginseng was produced in just four countries: China (44,749 tons), South Korea (27,480 tons), Canada (6,486 tons), and the United States (1,054 tons).

For those who are asking: Ginseng is supposed to be a panacea for a wide range of physical and mental ailments that afflict the human body. These ailments include: weakness/tiredness, heart disease, anxiety, stress, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, hair loss, skin care, erectile dysfunction, etc.
There are some medical evidence to support some of the above claims. However, many people I know have commented that only the biggest and or oldest (and therefore more expensive) ginseng roots are actually effective. The little bottles at your local asian grocer simply won't do.

What is the growth duration to be fullsize(this considered as it)? About planting personally maybe, heard it's about Highest Normality(Health in War) To Achieve on that day/moment?
