Loved this video. I do the same. I make my own molds/wick holders/placers with my 3D printer. 600+ designs though? I don't think I could even begin to order that many vessels to model for. I did not even realize there was a market for these, I had just been making my own tools to help.
Alyssa and Wade - you both know I use these and swear by them. They are a HUGE HUGE time saver for setting wicks. And - I never waste a moment checking for centering accuracy. Can’t thank you both enough! Finding GOOD wick tools was challenge and honestly, nothing compares to the design and fit of these. It’s one of those things you appreciate more the more you use it. It changed my productivity sooooo much!!!
I'm always happy to hear how much our tools are helping :) Candle making is challenging enough with all of the wick testing without also worrying about centering your wicks. It may sound trivial, but centering your wick can make a huge difference in how your candle burns. Plus it helps make your candle look great! Thanks for sharing your experience
I have purchased these for 2 different vessels because I saw them on this channel. I absolutely love them. Definitely a game changer!! Top notch customer service as well. All around great experience.
I make cement vessels. I shipped one of my large oval vessels to have custom triple wick centering tool and wick holders made. The process was simple, customer service was phenomenal, and I love my wick tools!

I love helping as many candle makers as possible. I can't explain why, but there's something extra special about making custom tools for someone. Your oval jar was challenging, but a lot of fun to work with :)
I bought a kit (and extra holders) off of your recommendation and couldn't be happier! There was a fit issue with my order due to vessel variation (I use a Libbey vessel purchased from The Jar Store), and HANDS DOWN I received the best customer service from Alyssa. When she says "just reach out," she means it!

Ohhhhh I am so buying these! I’ve been using the Dzign Haus, but my hands shake and I still have to place my wicks in the little holes. I’m not as successful every time, which is frustrating. These will solve that problem and I couldn’t be happier! Plus, I will have centering kits for my vessels. Woo hooo! Thank you so much for sharing, Wade! This made my whole weekend!

These are just the best. We struggled for a while trying various other tools on the market and tried coming up with a number of different home grown solutions for wick centering, but nothing really worked well and was easy to use. Then we saw these on Wade's channel and ordered some to try them out and it was a complete game changer! They just work, period. Now when we start working with a new jar one of the first things we do is order new wick holders and centering tools from Norden. They are worth their weight in gold, and is great to be able to support another small business, especially one that is run by people who just seem to be genuinely good people! Thank you so much Alyssa for putting the work into developing these and making them available.
I bought the wick setter and holders and love them both. I'm just starting out making candles and I don't have the steadiest hand. So my wicks would be so off centered. But these products makes it so much easier for me to properly wick my jars. If I turn this into a business, I definitely want to by more that would go with my brand. Also, now I see why the delivery time is the way it is. I always thought Norden was a large company. Knowing that it's a small business means they care about their products and makes the wait time that much more worth it.
I'm happy to hear our tools help you overcome an unsteady hand. I always thought I had a steady hand until I tried to put wicks on a bunch of jars without a tool. It's really hard to do! Hopefully the tools help make candle making even more enjoyable for you :) I do care very much about our products and really want to help other candle makers the best I can. I do wish I could get caught up on leadtimes. That's been an ongoing challenge for quite a while.

What 3d printer brand do they use? They look cool.
We have a variety of printers from several brands and use different ones depending on the needs of each order. We currently have more Prusa brand printers than any other brand.
prusa mini. Inexpensive. Not the best quality print but gets the job done. I print mine on my prusa (a better model) for around 3 cents a lid
