They're building to him splitting from Roman, I think. We've seen hints at it for a long time now. Solo's temper has made him almost come to blows with Roman before, especially when Roman's fuck ups cost him a match. But we really just saw it at Mania. When Cody kicked out of the Spike, the look on Solo's face said so much. Then him barking orders at Roman....yeah, he's done with the bullshit. The Bloodline isn't working for him anymore, and I wouldn't be surprised if he's Spiking Roman out of his boots by Summer Slam.
