Farooq addresses that and tells the Undertaker the only black male he has to worry about is in the ring tonight. Omg.... I love that line in reference to the upcoming debut of Kane.

How about Good Ol' J.R.'s heel promo from 1996? The crowd wouldn't stop cheering for him because everything he said was the truth. Another good example of a "justified heel."
Hogan's Bash At The Beach '96 promo is still one of my favorites. I could be wrong, but I think it was the only time we ever saw red and yellow Hogan cut a heel promo.
It's so weird to think that the Hogan NWO heel turn promo at Bash at the Beach (July 7th) and the Austin 3:16 promo (June 23rd) at the 96 KOFT were two weeks apart.

The rocks promos were the same week in and week out, all he did is inserted the name of whatever wrestler he was talking to at the time. Talking about shining something and shoving up someone's candy ass, that pretty much covers 98% of his promos.
Stone Cold's "You treat me like a dog and you expect me to smile? You remind me of a jackass" is my all-time favorite promo. But there's so many other great ones. Off the top of my head: -The sitdown interview between Austin and Rock leading to Wrestlemania 17 -Mick Foley turning on The Rock after he thought Rock threw away his book -The People's Slot Machine promo from a Smackdown episode in 1999 is underappretiated. It's right up there with the Billy Gunn promo. -MJF's pipebomb -The interview between CM Punk and Stone Cold for the WWE 13 videogame -John Cena destroying Roman Reigns -Triple H and Rock teasing a Wrestlemania match in 2014
Great video. It may not have been Rock's best promo, but when he turned heel because of "Die Rocky Die" was pretty awesome. I also love Mark Henry's false retirement.
Think of how brilliant CM Punk really was wearing established Legends T shirts on TV, boosting the Legends T shirt sales ultimately putting that Superstar on his side for backstage politics.
It will always be my most funniest promo that the Rock has ever done to anyone. Although, the response that he gave back to Bubba Ray's stuttering was so damn funny too.
Bray Wyatt's "Miss Teacher Lady" speech as well as his brief NXT farewell always stood out to me. Same for Randy Ortons Raw promo as the IC champ before going against Shelton Benjamin, where he attacked the crowd and told them to "have a look a greatness". On the funny side, the promo where Leo Kruger was about to join the Real Americans stable while scheming with Cesaro against Sami Zayn was worth a laugh. And then there are MJFs shoot promo on Dynamite where betitled Tony Khan a f'n Mark as well as his villain origin story where he breaks down crying while reflecting his youth as a Jewish kid. Especially the latter one is absolutely remarkable.
Brett's promo was under-rated, I dont think any wrestler before or since that promo has ever been able to be a heel in one country and a hero in another like what Brett accomplished.
Awesome video. The Dusty Rhodes "Hard Times" tears me up everytime. Thank you for doing what you do. I know you are busy as is but is this a part 1? I hope so. Love and peace

The Miz giving the promo of his life on Talking Smack. All the frustration and desperation is somehow heelish and sympathetic at the same time. "I'm the one who loves everything and everyone! YOU'RE the coward!"
Video idea! Best wrestling commentator calls! One of my personal favs is in the Rock v Hogan match when JR says of the Leg Drop that “He beat Andre the Giant with that move!!”
Paul Heyman's work-shoot promo on Vince McMahon towards the end of the Invasion angle, from SmackDown, November 15, 2001. "Wrestling's a dirty word to you isn't it, Vince?" "You made wrestling a dirty word, Vince!"
I actually remember that promo when it first aired. Made me a Paul Heyman guy for life (I was too young for the original ECW by the time I regularly watched wrestling).
The worked shoot at Bash at the Beach 2000 could also have been in the video. Nice compilation though. I always learn a lot about wrestling history watching your channel.

-The People's Slot Machine promo from a Smackdown episode in 1999 is underappretiated. It's right up there with the Billy Gunn promo.
-MJF's pipebomb
-The interview between CM Punk and Stone Cold for the WWE 13 videogame
-John Cena destroying Roman Reigns
-Triple H and Rock teasing a Wrestlemania match in 2014
The paul barer undertaker Kane backstory about the fire was a gem as well
Great video. It may not have been Rock's best promo, but when he turned heel because of "Die Rocky Die" was pretty awesome. I also love Mark Henry's false retirement.
100% would watch a whole series or playlist or even just a part 2. Would be amazing.
Love the content, as always. ❤
It's so crazy I was thinking how "Who's your daddy, Montreal?" should be included right before it popped up. What an amazing heel promo.
Scott Hall's declaration of war has to be the most historic promo.
I still go back and watch it regularly. I was so confused when I watched it live the first time. Iconic!
Imagine if the invasion storyline happened right afterwards
Think of how brilliant CM Punk really was wearing established Legends T shirts on TV, boosting the Legends T shirt sales ultimately putting that Superstar on his side for backstage politics.
That Rock/Billy Gunn promo is one my all-time favorites 😂😂😂
IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT YOUR FAVORITE IS
It will always be my most funniest promo that the Rock has ever done to anyone. Although, the response that he gave back to Bubba Ray's stuttering was so damn funny too.
I did not want this video to end. That was fun!
Honourable mention for Kevin Nash describing the adjective "Play".
"Cane Dewey?!?"
One of my all time favorites.
Great content. Appreciate the POV that there are so many to choose from. Thanks for that walk down memory lane. Must commend ur choices of first and last videos, too.
Jay Lethal vs. Ric Flair in TNA
Whoooo!
THATS MY LINE!!!!
Kissin’ the girls, and making em cry!!! Even that fat one!!
Hahaha
That's my line!
Oldest ride longest line
Kissin the girls and makin em cry……even that fat one!!!!
Please keep doing wrestler promos or hype video build ups before matches or both, either way, excellent video and work
Not having Jim Cornette's bloody shirt promo w/ The MIdnight Express against Paul Heyman on this list is a travesty of justice. Maybe for part 2. Otherwise, awesome content as usual!
happy to have the long episodes! put them in part 2. love your content!!!
Next time, go full force and include Jumpin' Jeff Farmer!
Yip!
I'm going... Full... Force!
The Miz giving the promo of his life on Talking Smack. All the frustration and desperation is somehow heelish and sympathetic at the same time. "I'm the one who loves everything and everyone! YOU'RE the coward!"
The Woo off has to be up there for greatest TNA promos ever🤣
Jay Lethal is mad underrated on the mic
The Shawn Michaels Montreal promo is a piece of art
Who else heard, "You want a war? You got one" and then suddenly had the Reliving The War intro song playing in their head?
With a tear in my eye, I watched this video and loved it!
92 Rumble was just perfect
This is extremely well put together. We need a solid collection of the best promos ever. Thanks, mate!
Wow. Even when he's on vacation, WB gives us great content. Thanks, my friend.
1997 WCW was so good for promos/rivalries. i am enjoying every minute of it on Peacock. that Macho Man/DDP rivalry was 🔥
The Bret Hart "El Dandy" promo was priceless.
It's right up there with the "Frustrated" promo. 😃
The worked shoot at Bash at the Beach 2000 could also have been in the video.
Nice compilation though.
I always learn a lot about wrestling history watching your channel.
Nobody can beat the Steiner Math promo
His nephew did a homage to it when he was Nxt champion
Yes they can and did. Bro sit down
