Guess the picture wasn’t good enough to show on camera. Pretty big fail emphasizing the audio output and showing a music video but not including stereo!
It was pretty common for AV-companies to not show what pictures actually looked like. Reason for that probably had to do with the nature of CRT TVs and how cameras picked up that signal when pointing it at the screen.
@@pHD77Usually the small print would say “simulated picture” but I remember one ad saying “NOT simulated picture” which showed how good it could really look.
