Using a Snatch Block to Load a HEAVY Dumpster on a MAXXD Trailer

  • It's always something! Today we were suprised with an insane load of shingles from a roofing crew. Quite a bit of weight for these light duty dumpster rigs. But the Maxxd roll off trailer handled it like a champ. The tires....not so much.
We also took the opportunity to show you how to use a snatch block on one of these rigs, and how beneficial they are to have in your tool kit!
A snatch block can literally DOUBLE your pulling power. Loaded this dumpster with ease.
Hope you like the content and decide to subscribe so you can stay tuned for future adventures!

I just took delivery of my brand new 2022 MAXXD roll of trailer bumper pull and am super excited. I am a little bummed as quality control may have been slacking on my trailer as the single jack seemed to be have welded on crooked (nothing to crazy but also definitely not straight) and same with the hitch coupler (not as crooked as the jack) you think I should reach out to MAXXD? Honestly I don't think it interferes really with the function of the trailer but just a little of a nuisance.

    • @rollingops

I would maybe reach out if there are mechanical problems for sure. I will admit I seem to get very lucky not ever having issues with my trailers. Quality wise. But I will say I am sure every trailer manufacturer is turning these out at a much higher rate of speed than they did before, so I'm sure some things could get over looked.
