Lot to like here- but I really, really, really don’t like the giant gas attachment on the front of the oven. What an eyesore! And for this price- a dual fuel Dome just makes more sense. Thanks for another great video!
Can't fit 2 pizzas in the dome. Ok the dome is more beautiful but the pizza party works awesome. The price/quality is so good, and it's Italian made 👌 love my oven, have it for almost 5 years now. ❤
I agree with you! That was my exact feedback to them. The final version shipping out does have a few adjustments to it. They tried to make it a little more streamline looking. I think the concern was they wanted it on the front, so it was easy to remove for woodburning.
@@HarplandProductions I actually think they did an awesome job implementing the gas control in the front while easily taking it out for wood use. I actually love the rustic design of it.
My favorite oven fit the price mark. Love that it’s multifuel, has knob in front to easily manage the flame when cooking, live the biscotto stone…. It’s a quality Italian built oven
I have the large version of this oven (passione) and it's incredible how I can fit 3 12" pizzas in a cheaper than 2k oven. Still people say gozney or even ooni are better... I make about 30 to 40 pizzas in 1 hour while that's basically impossible on a Dome.
Thanks for the video. It states that it is a Dual Fuel Oven. Can you do a video on how to convert to Wood? It states that the burner can easily be removed. It would be great to see you convert this. Thanks again for all the info.
I like the oven, but i would have preferred the mechanism for the burner to be in the back rather than popping out on the front taking away from the look of the oven.
Thanks for watching, yes, I agree from a looks perspective. It would be much better on the bottom or on the side or back but from a functionality perspective, it’s in a great spot. Being in the front makes it extremely easy to adjust the flame while you can actually see it, and if you want to remove the burner for woodburning, it makes it extremely easy. But I agree 100% and I told Pizza the same thing that they could improve the design a little bit or make it a prettier looking mechanism.
I like it in the front because I frequently adjust the heat (e. G. If I need 5 mins to prep the next pizza it would get too hot) . Much easier to do this way.
This is a fantastic video and a superb oven. However I chose the Gozney dome. It has a better form factor for my situation and the stand is great. I know people “talk” about doing two pizzas, but most won’t. Love those biscotto stones. Not a big fan of gas line coming out the front.
Thanks for sharing! I agree, i still love my dome for the same reasons. I gave pizza party the same feedback regarding the gas line, it makes sense being there from a usability perspective, it makes it very easy to adjust the flame while your watching it and it makes it very easy to remove quickly for using wood but it doesn't look that great.
The Emozione is wide enough for two pizzas comfortably. It's floor is 2800sq cm with a 70,000btu burner. The Bollore is 3600sq cm and the same size burner. I guess the advantage of this oven is the duel fuel. Do you think you could do a video that shows the removal of the burner to accept the wood fuel source? Actually, maybe just show how it could be removed IF you decided to use wood.
@@HarplandProductions Thank you. I have learned a lot from your videos, especially when I purchased the Emozione. At 1000.00 I wanted to make sure it was something I’d enjoy using.

can someone explain what is the purpose of the chimney flue? is it mainly for wood use or are there advantages when using gas? is it just to allow smoke to escape when using wood?
Thanks so much for watching! Definitely when using a wood burning oven smoke extraction is a benefit but the main benefit is the increased air flow, which happens no matter which fuel you’re using! In this oven specifically the flames roll over the top and the heat is drawn to the front of the oven, then up into the heat baffle right inside above the door, then it goes all the way to the back and up the chimney. This helps the fine burn hotter, keeps the oven for longer and the added bonus is that it helps keep the front cleaner!
With the gas fuel option per this video, did you find that there is still heat that escapes through the front mouth of the oven, or does the chimney stack vent out 100% of the heat out the top of the oven? The reason I ask is that I currently use the Emozione gas oven and there is tremendous heat that exhausts out through the front mouth. I had hoped that they would add an exhaust chimney to the Emozione.
Thanks so much for watching, yeah, I had the exact same feedback to Pizza party about the heat is escaping, this new Bollore, with a smaller door, and opening, and having a chimney dramatically improves the efficiency escapes out of the front
I stumbled upon your channel when researching pizza party ovens. Since you have reviewed and used the ardore, emozione, and now the bollore, which would you recommend? I have made pizzas in my oven with a steel and the pizza party brand seems to be very highly recommended. Thanks! Your videos have been very informative
Awesome! Thank you so much for watching and reaching out! There are a lot of personal choices you will need to make with this decision and really how and where you plan on using your new oven. The Ardore is an amazing oven and a great price and if you want something small and portable this is a great next step from your home oven. The Emozione is at least twice as big and is still portable but a little tricker to move around, you need to remove the stones to move it and it takes up a bit more space and uses a bit more gas but the extra room is really nice to have and makes it much easier to launching and turn your pizza (if you go this route get the little metal mantle shelf attachment for the oven also) The Bollore is even bigger and you have to have at least 2 people to move it around and it takes up quite a bit of space and uses the most gas but it's also the biggest and best insulated and it's the only one that can use gas or wood. End of the day they all 3 make amazing pizza, i would decide what is best for you and go from there. I would also recommend the Biscotto stone upgrade!

I prefer using propane to natural gas, I find the flame just gets a little bit hotter and it’s nice to have the portability when I went to move my oven around whether it’s raining or windy out. It’s nice to have the options to move it. I love the roccbox and I think it’s much better quality compared to ooni options but my concern with both of those are that the burners are in the back, which isn’t ideal.
