His dedication to quality has garnered worldwide acclaim, with mentions in major publications such as the New York Times and Le Monde. Coccia's commitment to preserving and promoting authentic Neapolitan pizza led him to advocate for its recognition as a Traditional Specialty Guaranteed. He founded Pizza Consulting to teach the art of pizza-making and combat imitation. In 2017, UNESCO recognized the Art of Neapolitan Pizzaiolo as intangible cultural heritage. Coccia continues to be a prominent figure in promoting Italian cuisine, having been appointed as an ambassador for Italian food culture in 2018.

In realtà fino a 4/5 anni fà la stessa pizza la pagavi al massimo 6 euro. Poi i prezzi sono cresciuti con il boom turistico.
I think pizzas with meat, like beef or sauage etc which was much more tasty than only with cheese.
