Bro, Can you please make a video on how to make a resume only and only for freshers who doesn't even know a valid form of resume. Like format, key words and points etc. That would be of great help. 😊
Hi Ashhad, good video. Many people may have a "perfect" resume but fail to pass the background check. It is super important to get your credential verified through a profile check certificate these days. Many foreign companies won't even entertain applicants for an interview without this.
1. Keep your resume clean (don't have artistic resumes).
2. Remove the fluff (keep the most important information front and center) (like, if you have work experience, put it on top). If you don't have it, then keep your projects on top, and if you don't have both, then make some simple projects and then put them on your resume.
3. Quantify your achievements. (Use this formula:- I accomplished 'x' as measured by 'y' doing 'z' .Instead of writing (worked on XYZ projects using ABC features)(You can write this way decreassed manual package tracking by over70% by implementing automatic package Cancellation feature in ABC region).
4.Use a good tech stack it helps big companies to track easily.
5. Avoid the typing mistakes , gramatical error and punctuation mistakes.
6. Keep your resume updated.

Useful video! Would just add to make sure you use correct spelling, grammar and spacing and check multiple times. How you write on your CV says a lot about you, and how good or bad you would be as potential employee. You don’t want potential employers to think you are unprofessional.

It's quite hard to get used to programming mind-set and get used to analytical problem-solving.
The first thing would be, if you want to take this path, to recognize that you are about to enter a highly competitive market, and you are in a great disadvantage for not having a CS background.
This doesn't mean to discourage you, but you have to get used to these tech and environment, and that will take you years, so, realistically, the second thing is to make a medium term plan for learning, and strictly stick to it, don't over push yourself, don't force your limits, let your brain chill and absorb the massive quantity of information or harder algorithms you will get along.
With a little of work, e.g. 6h / day, you probably get an entry level job, depending on the market in your country, in about less than a year.
What path you should choose? Well, let's see, the front-end might be easier, as you can see instantly the results of your work in an interactive way.

Don't forget, the most important thing is the mind-set. This going to be feel like a sport.

So if the person has already taken the decision to shift to CS and asking a roadmap for learning why are you asking him to reconsider his decision? You say you are not discouraging him but you actually are doing that. If you cannot help then you should'nt discourage anyone.

It's not an accesibile domain for everyone, so when should be considered from start that there's a chance of failure by lack of motivation or frustration and adapt accordingly.
Everybody can with enough work and time spent to learn what is needed for a job, but the road is not the same for everyone and the time-frame can pass 2 or 3 years sometimes.
Yes, you can get a job for something like WordPress web developer with fair easy training, in probably less than 3 months, but I expect people here to target big from start, like full-stack, data science or so.
Tagging something as hard is not to discourage anyone but to don't create false impression that you can read bunch of blog articles or pass a simple online course and done, you are ready. In reality it takes a lot more than that, and requires working on actual projects be by yourself or in a team.
