- This video features a performance using EZmix 2 and the Drum Elements expansion that I created in collaboration with Toontrack. The Drum Elements presets used in this video are as follows:
EZMIX 2 - DRUM ELEMENTS
Drum Bus: Classic Drum Bus
Parallel Compression Bus: Tape Saturation and Compression
Parallel Reverb Bus: Coast to Coast Reverb
Snare Bus: Thick Snare
Tom Bus: Tom Punch
The performance was first performed with e-drums only by recording directly into EZdrummer 3. I used that performance MIDI to trigger the Darkness library from the Death and Darkness SDX within Superior Drummer 3 and the White Light kit configuration. No other mixing effects were used other than EZmix 2 and the Drum Elements presets noted above.

Drum performance filmed and recorded by Luke Oswald using EZdrummer 3 from @Toontrack and e-drums and cymbals from Jobeky:
The performance MIDI was recorded into EZdrummer 3 and mixed/produced using EZmix 2 and the Drum Elements expansion with Superior Drummer 3. The MIDI was recorded directly into EZdrummer 3 using a Roland TD-30 drum module and Jobeky electronic drums and cymbals.
I also use the Porter & Davies tactile monitoring system. The Porter & Davies BC Gigster is used for the DrumAngle studio configuration and the Porter & Davies BC2 is used for live performance and practice setups.
Bring that funk ❤
Finally I might be able to return my Tom Tom heads to sound like they should thank you for setting an example
