Jazz Trio Groove Performance | Superior Drummer 3 w/ E-Drums, EZkeys 2 & EZbass | Luke Oswald

Drum performance filmed and recorded by Luke Oswald using EZdrummer 3 from @Toontrack and e-drums and cymbals from Jobeky.
This video features a jazz inspired improvised performance using Superior Drummer 3, EZkeys 2 and EZbass.
The performance was first performed with drums only by recording directly into EZdrummer 3. I used that performance MIDI to trigger the Decades SDX within Superior Drummer 3 using a custom mix.
For the keys I used the EZkeys 2 core MIDI to put together a piano performance from the Jazz - Swing 4/4 - Taking A Walk song. There were some edits to the MIDI rhythms, timing and velocities to match my drum performance. This performance uses the EZkeys 2 Session Grand core library and the Jazz Lounge preset.
From there, I exported the piano MIDI and used the Drum and Keys - Left Hand feature within EZbass to generate a bass part, using the EZbass Upright EBX with the Jazz Trio preset.

The performance MIDI was recorded into EZdrummer 3 and mixed/produced within Superior Drummer 3. The MIDI was recorded directly into EZdrummer 3 using a Roland TD-30 drum module and Jobeky electronic drums and cymbals.
I also use the Porter & Davies tactile monitoring system. The Porter & Davies BC Gigster is used for the DrumAngle studio configuration and the Porter & Davies BC2 is used for live performance and practice setups.
