That's suit for routine job,for management we deligate ,outsource and controling, schuduling and so on.We look on suituation mgmt, what event effect to our organization much more saving time.We look forward to new service or product or new technology able apply to benefit our organization.As you said shut door policy is better than open policy.I disagree that why urgent problem can't come to you for approve lists. Your sub ordinate require your dicision at that time .Let me recomment shortly in mgmt. You focusing on three major 1 Form 2 Style 3 Management no matter what we do they always compound in this 3 major things.Thank you for your sharing.
